My daughter and I stayed for the relaxation package and it was superb. The spa is well thought out and spotlessly clean - we particularly liked the rooftop pool, especially as the jacuzzis are within the pool itself. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the pool, which we loved. Dinner was exceptional - delicious ingredients served perfectly and quite simply - no need to hide behind heavy sauces and fussy distractions. I highly recommend the cheese soufflé! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the dishes made to order were good too. The lack of parking is a little annoying, especially when we were trudging up a steep hill with our bags this morning, but it didn’t detract from a great stay.

Wir gingen zum Zwillingszimmer sehr laut die Betten waren sehr hart, so war die Pissen. Nur ein Prober-Plug-Socket im Schlafzimmer. Es gab ein Eisen n Eisenbrett n ein Haartrockner im Zimmer. Das Hotel war sehr kurz mit einem Pianist im Hotel ausgestattet. Wir reservierten 3 Nächte und kamen am zweiten Tag nach Hause, weil wir nicht schlafen. Die Reinigungsmittel kamen nicht in leere Bücher oder ersetzte Kaffeezucker Milch oder die Toilette roll musste zu Rezeption n fragen mehr, was ohne Zweifel gegeben wurde, aber würde vorzugsweise nicht nach unten gehen n fragen. Überall im Hotel war sehr sauber n das Personal, das war dort waren sehr freundlich, aber sicherlich nicht zurück gehen

Stayed at the Queen's Head hotel over the weekend due to attending a concert at Buxton Opera House. We were really well looked after and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean , warm and welcoming. Whilst there is no on-site parking, there is parking in the market place only a minutes walk away which was easy to access. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

An excellent stay in Buxton. We had a room in the grounds. We loved the attention to detail in how the room had been set up. Very comfortable with room to relax in the room, at a sheltered table on a small covered verandah, or outside. Very clean. We enjoyed a superb breakfast with fresh fruit and a great cooked veggie breakfast, with my GF diet no problem. A 15-minute walk downhill into the centre of Buxton. Would highly recommend.
