Premier Inn Buxton

The food was amazing. Service excellent. We had dinner after checking in for the night. Jamie checked us in and was so kind. Gave us ideas for what to see in the area. Jee and Harry made excellent food. The chicken makhani was absolutely delicious. Well priced and so easy to eat before headed upstairs for bed. Thank you.

Another good night's sleep at the Premier Inn, Buxton. Fabulously, comfortable bed and pillows, as always. We book this hotel (and other Premier Inns) because we know that we can rely on them to be clean and functional with friendly, helpful staff. The cooked breakfast was great too! Thank you, we'll be booking again.

Lovely member of staff greeted me, no fuss check in, although I was a bit shocked that I had to pay to park there!! The room was comfortable, a bit dusty under the bed, and I couldn't get the heating controller to work, so I was a little chilly during the night (but I feel the cold terribly, so it would likely have been fine for normal folk). As always with hotels, bigger towels would always be beneficial; at least one that I could wrap my hair in!!! Nice shower and spotless bathroom.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are really friendly. Belinda makes a cracking breakfast and really cheerful. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed is sooo comfy, slept really well. The pillows are amazing. Really close to the town center, we will be back.

My wife and I recently visited the Chatsworth Christmas markets and stopped off here to break our journey home. It had been a sunny and bitterly cold day and was snowing heavily when we arrived - courtesy of Storm Bert. We were very cold when we arrived in the early evening and whilst the majority of normal people ie men, heat up quickly when placed in a warm environment other, more complicated creatures ie women, take hours to return to an acceptable operating temperature. Charlotte the manager was absolutely brilliant organising the heating in our room and providing an extra duvet. She also supervised in the restaurant later on where we enjoyed an excellent dinner. Breakfast the next morning was also very good and the duty staff were helpful and friendly. All in all it was a very pleasurable visit and Charlotte and her colleagues are to be congratulated and I can heartily recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay always a friendly welcome. Rooms always perfect and clean. Special mention to Belinda the poached eggs freshly cooked on request are always perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay if you are are in the area for business or pleasure.
