Hotels mit Transferservice in Butuan

In Butuan für Urlaub seit 5 Jahren. Freundliches Personal.. aber als wir gingen, ich habe nicht bemerkt, dass der Schwimmbad unter Reparatur war, so dass es ein wenig enttäuschend war. Ich werde sicher, dass ich nächstes Mal anrufen.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is near almost to every important spot in the city - the airport, the two large malls, the large hotels where events are held, etc. Other than this, the hotel is really very simple. The rooms are below average but sufficient, if one is not too particular. The breakfast is very limited in terms of options and quality - cooking is very poor. And they serve it in styrofoam boxes, which makes it look like food for disaster relief. There is hot-and-cold water from the shower and faucet and the room we stayed in had an electric kettle. Towels are old and the bed and sheets are as well. The door knob in my room, which was on the 2nd floor, was also defective. The staff are nice and do their best but their training with dealing with guests effectively and smartly is obviously lacking. The staff are polite but lack any cosmopolitan flair whatsoever. They also get easily confused. The rooms are very affordably priced, however. Stayed for four nights in August 2024.

The Grand Palace Hotel was a real let-down, starting with not living up to what they say. They claim to provide tea & coffee in the rooms, but there's no tea. Their web site says they have an airport shuttle, but they don't. Breakfast was disappointing too. Only 2 juices. Luckily one was usually pineapple. As well as the usual lukewarm breakfast items, they had some random cakes that were as bland as cardboard. Fortunately, you can walk through the Annex, cross the road and a few metres to your right is a bakery that sells doughnuts for 6 pesos that are vastly better. The hotel has guards with assault weapons and dogs. Seems pretty ridiculous and unsafe. Also the dogs spend most of their time living in cages alone next to the swimming pool. I had two bookings here, the first in a big king room. (They call it a ”matrimonial” room!) The WiFi mostly didn't work. It's totally inadequate for the number of people who use it, especially if a big business group comes in for a conference during the day. (The DHCP server just runs out of addresses and you can't connect until someone else disconnects.) Even when it connected, it wasn't very fast. One other issue I had was the appearance of cockroaches every so often. The small single room was a vast improvement, as well as being half the price. While the single rooms have no windows, they have two massive advantages. Firstly, fast WiFi that works. The single rooms are in a hall behind the reception area and have their own access point that works brilliantly and isn't overloaded. Secondly, the small room doesn't have so many places for roaches to hide. I didn't see a single insect intruder. Stellen Sie sich nicht um die Verschwendung von Zeit oder Geld, wenn Sie in einem Hotel mit Büropersonal wie brutal,arrogant,missbrauchend wie das Büropersonal, das von GO Hotels in dieser Butuan-Standort beschäftigt werden, verschwenden, um ca. 1500 Uhr oder 3 Uhr Donnerstag, 11. August 2022 versuchte meine Philippine Frau, unsere Familie von drei in die PWD verfügbaren Zimmer zu überprüfen, die GO Hotels ankündigen, da ich selbst ein Gentleman von 24/7 in einem Rollstuhl, Nach der Annäherung an die Checkin Dest in diesem GO Hotel Butuan wurde meine Frau sofort mündlich von den grossen arroganten Büromitarbeitern in diesem Hotel angegriffen, Anschuldigungen an meine Frau von so herausragenden völlig lächerlichen Anschuldigungen von Dingen wie ” Sie sind ein Problemmacher ” Sie ” sind nicht willkommen hier ” Sie ” melden sich über uns ” WTH ??? Vor etwa 3 und ein halbes Jahr haben wir in diesem GO Hotel Butuan auf einer Reise nach einem anderen Ziel lange vor Covid lockdown, diese GO Hotelpersonal sind Rassist plus Anti PWD Menschen wie auch ich selbst bin ein Minister der Priester in einer charität o religiöse Organisation, schließlich ein Minor Büro Lackey sagte mir jetzt aufgeregt stressed wütende Frau ” Sie können eine Nacht bleiben, aber die nächste Nacht wir sind voll reserviert Sie müssen Gehen Sie weg ” gut diese Person von niedrigem IQ ist jetzt Herr und Herr über meine Frau und unsere Familie, meine Frau dann konsultiert mich und mit der Leitlinie der Herren erklärten wir, dass wenn dies die Attrtude des GO Hotel Butuan dann sie können es halten und Bo nicht unsere brauchen Geld, dann gingen wir weiter um ein viel besseres und billigere, dass Nachthotel, danke GOHotel Butuan für die allgemeine Öffentlichkeit in den Philippinen zeigen, was rude,arrogante,racistische,anti PWD, sexistische Mitarbeiter, die von GO Hotels an der dort butuan Standort beschäftigt, Ich glaube voll und ganz, GO Hotels Butuan sollte schwarz aufgelistet werden, bis komplette harte arrogant Büropersonal in der öffentlichen PR oder besser noch alle ersetzt wurden, außer für die sehr hilfreichen Türmen, Gott segne und vergib das GO Hotel Butuan Büropersonal für Es ist ein Böses. We stopped over one night. Had extra bed ordered and paid for. Was a matress only. No issue for one night , might be if staying longer. Room clean and tidy and facing the pool which was decent size. Didnt use hotel for dinner as our daughter wanted a McDonalds , a short 10 mins walk away. Other restaurants and malls nearby, so ideally located. Convenient for the airport and our flight back to Manila. Breakfast was pleasant, although limited in choice, served outside overlooking he pool. Would definately recommend and we will stay again on next visit to Philippines
