I had a pleasant experience during my stay at De’ Garden Hotel. The self-service check-in and check-out kiosk made the process seamless and convenient, which I appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist, including helping with entry to the building. The parking facilities were guest-friendly and accessible, and the cleanliness of the lifts and the availability of a water dispenser for both hot and cold water were thoughtful touches. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, which were spotless. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. 1) The soundproofing in the room was less than ideal, as I could hear noises from outside the room and vice versa, which affected the overall tranquility. 2) Additionally, the air conditioner appeared to need maintenance. As someone who values cleanliness, I noticed some dust in the filter, and I would recommend scheduling regular air conditioner cleaning every two months, particularly if the units are heavily used. 3) Lastly, the door closures were quite loud, which could easily disturb light sleepers or children. Addressing this would enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall stay at De’ Garden Hotel was enjoyable, and I look forward to seeing these improvements in the future.

Neu eröffnetes Hotel in Butterworth. Dieses Hotel liegt in der Gegend von Bagan, umgeben von berühmten Restaurants wie Ah Koon Loo Mee, Char Kuey Tiao, Baby Octopus und so weiter. Es gibt nicht viel zu beanstanden, da es wirklich neu ist. Hoffentlich kann das Hotel gut instand gehalten werden.

Good location.. surrounding full of restaurants, many vatiety. If able to provide room slippers, it will be much better.

Very nice & clean hotel. Walking distance to Nasi Kandar Pokok Ketapang. Just the bathroom & toilet not so privacy. But for loving couple who in honeymoon mood very suitable

Good position, just 5 minutes by car from the bus and ferry terminal. Staff very kind and helpful. Good area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Water dispenser provided for hot and cold water (the one on our floor was working with hot water only. Just cleanliness very poor, we found a lot of dust and some old snack packages under the bed, we asked to clean and they did it immediately. Some common areas need cleaning and/or maintenance. They don’t mentioned that and how much is the tourist tax, so expect to pay 10 ringgit more per night by cash upon checkin, a bit more clear and transparent information would be appreciated. Overall for medium/good accommodation for the price paid, considering that George Town and hinterland are very expensive.

Der Gesamtraum ist in Ordnung. Der kleine Auspuffventil ist für das Zimmer ohne Fenster erforderlich, um die übermäßige Feuchtigkeit zu entfernen (Anregung). Es gibt keine kostenfreien Parkplätze in der Nähe. Reisende können ihre Autos mit der RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) pro Stunde mit der Anwendung ”Peng Smart Parking” an den bezahlten öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken.

Dieses Hotel verfügt über eine geräumige und komfortable Lobby mit einigen Sitze und freundliche Kontrolle im Personal.. Ich habe ein kleines, aber komfortables Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett, und ein sauberes Badezimmer mit zwei Schiebetüren aus Glas lief entlang der Länge der Zimmerwand mit Dusche am einen Ende, das Waschbecken im Zentrum n das Toilette am anderen Ende.. Ich würde sagen, es ist ein sehr schönes Badezimmer zum Preis des Zimmers. Viele halal n nicht halal Lebensmittel stalls n Shops nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, und es dauert nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum KTM Bahnhof, der Grund, warum ich hier geblieben, da ich den Morgenzug 6.20am fangen muss

The location is good, around hotel there're many restaurants, Chinese or Western or Japanese, you can find here around. Bathroom is a big one, only thing is has no window, but acceptable with this price.
