Das Hotel hat einen schönen Swimmingpool und einen Whirlpool! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Das Parken ist auch sehr bequem.

Toller Aufenthalt und fantastische Lage Der Barbereich war schön und das Personal hilfsbereit

Sehr geschäftlich, komfortabel, schön. Gebucht für einen Freund, in der Nähe der Schule, günstige Lage und guter Service. Die Umgebung ist gut, die Hygiene ist gut, der Service ist gut und das allgemeine Gefühl ist sehr gut!

Dieses Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch etwas veraltet. Nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß von Cardiff Bay entfernt, ist nahezu perfekt. Während meines Aufenthalts war der Pool jedoch wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen, einer der Aufzüge war außer Betrieb und es schien eine große Anzahl von Langzeitgästen zu geben, die nachts Sicherheitspersonal vor Ort benötigen, zusätzlich zur Frühstückszeit vor dem Zeitplan.

Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt

My family and I enjoy facilities in Hotel, especially indoor swimming pool with sauna 👍, restaurant is really nice environment and good food. The band of shower gel, shampoo and hand washing is very nice, the smell is good 💖 But unfortunately, our room air conditioner out of control, we only use fans in our hotel room 🤯 I can’t expect in our trip😅 Although our bathroom has a tub, it hasn’t stopper. I want to reception ask for it , staff told me arrange a maintenance visit next day, no show. I think it just sometime happens, the hotel is nice and location is good too.

Stayed here for a week! Location, restaurant and staff are great. Rooms are spotless. However pool changing room, pool area could've been cleaner! The pool is quite small(looks bigger in photos)and was busy the times I used it(school holidays). I would stay here again!

The best hotel we ever stayed. There's a pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and many more. The room is clean and other communal facilities. The service is superb. No problems with checking in and checking out. Plus free gifts to kids. We will definitely come back. The hotel deserves to be a 5star

Just an overhyped Travelodge

First impressions of this hotel was very good. The room was lovely, friendly staff and everything was clean throughout hotel. Facilities were amazing especially the pool including sauna and steam-room. Easy 5 minute walk into Cardiff city centre, would definitely recommend and 100% will be going back.

lovely hotel, i have no idea what smell is pumped into the foyer and corridors but it smells fantastic and very fresh (if you could let me know that would be great!) facilities onsite were good, nice pool and relaxation areas - paid for parking but the parking barrier was broken so could have saved myself £10 there!

Overall pleasant.Really enjoyed swimming,spa and steam though pool is a bit cold.all tourist places within 20 to 30 minutes walking distance.give plenty of time if getting bus to the airport.rooms not cleaned everyday nor beds tidied properly.

Staff disinterested and did not help with luggage or provide information on check in. Poor customer service

Central location was excellent, staff were really friendly and hotel was lovely and quiet at night with no noise from hen/stag parties. Seemed like lots of families there, which was nice. Swimming pool was lovely and very clean compared to other pools at similar hotels we've visited before. On the negative side, aircon in the room was broken, so had a oil filled radiator instead. Toilet was dirty, shower had mould on it. Overall good, but some annoying *******
