Das Hotel hat einen schönen Swimmingpool und einen Whirlpool! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Das Parken ist auch sehr bequem.

Sehr geschäftlich, komfortabel, schön. Gebucht für einen Freund, in der Nähe der Schule, günstige Lage und guter Service. Die Umgebung ist gut, die Hygiene ist gut, der Service ist gut und das allgemeine Gefühl ist sehr gut!

Dieses Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch etwas veraltet. Nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß von Cardiff Bay entfernt, ist nahezu perfekt. Während meines Aufenthalts war der Pool jedoch wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen, einer der Aufzüge war außer Betrieb und es schien eine große Anzahl von Langzeitgästen zu geben, die nachts Sicherheitspersonal vor Ort benötigen, zusätzlich zur Frühstückszeit vor dem Zeitplan.

Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt

Room is clean but aged. Drinking water provided once only, not replenish daily. Not feeling welcome by reception as they appeared to be robotic and just doing what they are paid to do. Kettle provided, no mini fridge. No F&B outlet nearby, just a 3rd party run restaurant next to hotel lobby. 20 mins walk to city center. Below par Accors hotel.

Having visited Cardiff numerous times and stayed in various hotels, I must say my experience at Novotel Cardiff Central was regrettably the worst to date. The challenges began before I even arrived. Due to train delays, I was unable to check in at the expected time. I made multiple attempts to contact the hotel—via email and phone—to inform them of my delay and secure my booking, but unfortunately, there was no response or opportunity to connect with staff. Upon finally arriving at the hotel, I requested at reception whether my late check-in could allow for a slightly later check-out as a courtesy. The staff member informed me that late check-out was available, but only at an additional charge. When I inquired further about the possibility of an exception, I was met with a terse response: “This is the policy.” While I understand the need for policies, I found this approach to be rather inflexible and lacking in customer care. To my dismay, the staff member then turned to his mobile phone, leaving me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a guest. The issues did not end there. The floor we were staying on was incredibly noisy, with children running across the corridors yelling, some inappropriately undressed. Several times, our door was banged on loudly, disturbing my family, including my young child, who struggled to get any rest that night. It was a particularly disappointing experience, especially during what should have been a christmas festive and welcoming season. Given this unfortunate experience, I am afraid not be returning to Novotel Cardiff Central on future visits to Cardiff. There are certainly better options available for travellers seeking both comfort and professionalism.

My family and I enjoy facilities in Hotel, especially indoor swimming pool with sauna 👍, restaurant is really nice environment and good food. The band of shower gel, shampoo and hand washing is very nice, the smell is good 💖 But unfortunately, our room air conditioner out of control, we only use fans in our hotel room 🤯 I can’t expect in our trip😅 Although our bathroom has a tub, it hasn’t stopper. I want to reception ask for it , staff told me arrange a maintenance visit next day, no show. I think it just sometime happens, the hotel is nice and location is good too.

Stayed here for a week! Location, restaurant and staff are great. Rooms are spotless. However pool changing room, pool area could've been cleaner! The pool is quite small(looks bigger in photos)and was busy the times I used it(school holidays). I would stay here again!

The best hotel we ever stayed. There's a pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and many more. The room is clean and other communal facilities. The service is superb. No problems with checking in and checking out. Plus free gifts to kids. We will definitely come back. The hotel deserves to be a 5star
