Ein bisschen geplant, aber sauber. Es ist riesig und nicht alle Umgebungen sind ausgenutzt. Es gibt einen Bushaltestand nur wenige Meter entfernt. Sie müssen ins Auto fahren. In der Umgebung gibt es nur Natur. Das Buffet umfasst erste, Sekunden, Gemüse, Obst und Süßigkeiten mit ausreichender Sorte. Ich werde das Frühstück in einem zweiten Moment bewerten. Die Tiere sind erlaubt. Es gibt einige Raucherzonen. Der Pool ist riesig und hat eine Isolation auf der einen Seite. Dann gibt es das für Kinder. Viele Betten und Schirms um beide. Es gibt auch ein Grasgebiet. Die Sauberkeit des Pools selbst ist genau. Ich kann nicht das gleiche sagen wie der Raum um. Aber die Schuld ist in vielen unbürgerlichen Menschen und ich habe viele gesehen ... In der Poolzone gibt es die Bar, die am Mittag einen Buffet bietet, zusätzlich zu den üblichen Brot, Toast, Schalen und Pfadinen. Sie hat das Pizza-Ofen und werden den ganzen Tag geöffnet, indem sie eine Alternative zum Restaurant am Abend bieten. Ich habe ein Basketballfeld, ein Ping-Pong- und ein Billardplatz gesehen. Mein Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel für 2 Personen, mit Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und das Gras. Saubere Handtücher und Toilettenset.

Ich war vier Nächte am Eurocongressi. Mein Partner und ich wurden von den schönen Damen in der Rezeption begrüßt. Wir wurden unser Zimmer gegeben und es war wunderschön. Hatte einen schönen Blick auf das Dorf. Das Hotel ist datiert, aber das nimmt nicht die Reinigung weg. Unsere Zimmer wurden täglich mit frischen Handtüchern und Zimmern alle geputzt. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Kuchen und Backwaren zum Frühstück und ein paar Optionen von Eiern und Omelettes. Viel zu wählen. Es ist in einer guten Lage, würde ich vorschlagen, ein Auto zu werben, wenn Sie planen, zu Sirmione zu reisen. Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Hotel und in Italien absolut geliebt. Wir empfehlen es definitiv jedem, der hier bleiben möchte.

Es sollte der Krönende Abschluss unserer ersten valpolicella Reise werden, aber !!!! So schlecht haben wir noch nie irgendwo gegessen! Die Pasta mit Kaninchen und Steinpilzen nichtssagenden und langweilig, das Kaninchen war nicht oder kaum feststellbar, die Pilze wässerig und wenig aromatisch. Wir haben uns zum Abschluss Château Briand bestellt, für 4! Kein flambieren oder tranchieren am Tisch, die gemüsebeilage sauer, die Kartoffel fade und nicht gewürzt. Ein Kellner weit und breit nicht in Sicht. Wir hatten Hunger! Das Fleisch war zäh, Flachsig, wer eine italienische tagliata kennt, würde nicht auf die Idee kommen, so etwas zu servieren. Man muss dem Personal zugute halten, dass sie bemüht waren, es besser zu machen, aber wenn nur schlechtes aUs der Küche kommt, wie soll es dann besser werden!!! Kein dekantieren des teuren amarone, Wir bedanken uns ausdrücklich beim Personal, die wirklich versucht haben, den Abend zu retten. Wer diesem Lokal den travellers Award gegeben hat, ist mir unvollstellbar.🙈

Das Gardaland Resort Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren 4 Nächte im August 2020 Vorort. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe Qualitativ sehr schlecht. Es gibt kein Kindergerechtes Essen. Das Personal wirkt hektisch und gestresst. An allen Ecken herrscht Abzocke. Für Poolhandtücher muss bezahlt werden. Kugel Eis 2,5€ am Pool. Wenn der Quittungszettel für die Handtücher fehlt bekommt man seine Kaution nicht mehr zurück. Bademützen für 6€ muss Mann kaufen sonst darf man nicht in den Pool. Der inkludierte Gardaland Besuch von 2 Tagen muss an aufeinander folgenden Tagen genommen werden. Bei der Buchung gibt es dazu keinen Hinweiss. Für das Gardaland selbst braucht man eine App sonst kann man die Fahrgeschäfte bzw. Kioske nicht buchen. Mit der App virtuell in der Schlange stehen für eine Pizza wenn sonst keiner vor dir ist ist am Ziel vorbei. Natürlich tracked die App dich ständig. Vom Datenschutz und Persönlichkeitsrechten weit entfernt. Denn es geht nicht ohne. Wir hatten uns mit dem Hotel Manager Vorort auf die Rückzahlung des erneuten Eintritts geeinigt. Leider Hat sich die Hotel Leitung nicht an diese Vereinbarung gehalten. Das Hotel ist leider nicht Empfehlenswert für Familien.

alles bestens! waren bereits zum zweiten Mal, und nicht zum letzten Mal, hier. Self checkin problemlos - Zimmer sauber, groß und schön. Frühstück durchaus auseichend. Schön wäre es, wenn alle Getränke- und Essenautomaten Tag und Nacht zu benutzten wären, mit Bezahlfunktion wie beim Snackautomaten.

The fabric of the hotel is very good. Clean and fresh and so it should be as I believe it has recently been refurbished. If you want a hotel where there is daytime/night time entertainment this is not for you. It is generally a quiet relaxing hotel. Children are allowed but they will have to provide their own entertainment. There are three pools, one in the spa, one adults only and one that children can use. The pool bar was not in operation while we were there. The hotel is a 50 min walk from the town of Lazise on reasonable paths that are shared with cyclists. But you take your life in your own hands as the cyclists and scooter riders just fly past with no warning. A taxi into town costs 15-20 euro. There is no shuttle bus at the hotel even though it indicates there is on the trip advisor hotel listing. And to the reviewer who says it is a 5 min walk to the lake..you are wrong. I would say it is at least 15 mins and that includes a shortcut through a vineyard and a campsite. The rooms are a decent size. Storage for clothes could be improved with more drawer/shelf space. There is a fridge (no mini bar) which on arrival has two bottles of water in. It seems pot luck as to whether the water is replenished. A good size TV but maybe only 3 English channels (news). The bedside lamps are quite dim...not enough light to read by. All rooms have a balcony or terrace for ground floor. There was no milk to make hot drinks. We purchased some from the local supermarket. Breakfast is more or less typical for a holiday hotel. Fresh fruit..well melon and pineapple, yogurts. Continental style with meats and cheeses plus a pastry section. Don't expect a full English here.... there is bacon, fried egg and sausage but that is all. The food was a decent quality. There is a gripe I do have in that when the bread ran out we were tod it was finished and no more would be coming out.....this wasn't at the end of the breakfast sitting but with still 45 mins to go. NOT ACCEPTABLE. One thing that we observed was a family who loaded up breakfast food of all description including fresh fruit, as well as taking water bottles from the display and then blatantly took it back to their rooms. They took plates piled high and filled bags. It wasn't as if they were having breakfast in their rooms as they were eating breakfast in the dining room. They were clearly taking food to eat later in the day! The staff knew but did nothing. Maybe that is why they ran out of bread. We only dined in the evening twice. The menu is not extensive .....in fact there were only two choices of main meal. Other course were labelled starter, first course, second course, so maybe you are supposed to have one of each course because the size of the main dish is not huge. If you have a decent appetite you will need more than one course. The main problem with this hotel is the lack of staff. There was not enough waiting staff at all so tables were delayed in getting cleared and more importantly food
