"Hotelowa strefa wellness to jakas pomyłka. Woda w jacuzzi zimna - nie dało się siedzieć bylo tak zimno jak w basenie pływackim. Sauny - zimne. Basen z masazerami - lodowaty! Za to woda w kranie w pokoju jak wrzątek. Od recepcjonistów dowiedzieliśmy się, że są oszczędności i cieplej nie będzie i ze do tego hotelu sie nie przyjeżdża tylko do Słowackiego. Żaden z pracowników za nic nid odpowiada, zero kontaktu z menadżerem, kierownikiem czy dyrektorem. Brak recznikow na basenie - musisz chodzic i prosic zeby sprzatajace przyniosly suche do pokoju. Poza tym Hotel niczego sobie. Czysty. Smaczne śniadanie. Ale na 4 * to on nie zasługuje ze względu na strefę wellness, która nie ma z wellness nic wspólnego. Wszyscy klienci byli mocno rozczarowani. Ja podwójnie bo miał być to fajny weekend imieninowy a była klapa. "

They offer both accommodation only option and medical packeges with several treatments. Very tasty food, with many vege positions, served by friendly waitresses. The ony drowback is the location at the busy road, so in some rooms could be noisy. The price is very reasonable, especially accepting the medical packeges."

"Im zweiten Jahr in Folge prüfe ich in das Zimmer, in dem in der Dusche eine schwarze Schicht ist. Die Rezeption scheint unberührt zu sein. Dieser Zustand der Dinge ist absolut unzulässig. Nahrung ohne Verrücktheit, Behandlungen sind ok, aber es ist nichts mit dem Zustand der Badezimmer."
