Wie von einem mit Lotte verbundenen Luxushotel zu erwarten, waren sowohl der Kundenservice als auch das Essen von sehr hoher Qualität. Auch die Aussicht auf den Haeundae-Strand vom Hotelbalkon ist spektakulär. Bis zur Innenstadt ist es zu Fuß etwas weit, aber mit der U-Bahn oder dem Bus kommt man gut voran. Darüber hinaus sind Taxifahrten in Südkorea relativ günstig, daher empfehlen wir die Nutzung der Taxi-Dispatch-App kakaoT.

Perfect stay at Signiel. The services and lounge for guest were just amazing. Couldn't expect more from a luxury hotel like this. And also what a fantastic location close to the beach and popular food spots. Highly recommend it!

The location with its beautiful ocean view was fantastic. The infinity pool was unforgettable. Haeundae Beach, numerous restaurants, and a monorail station for tours were all within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The staff were professional and kind. I was welcomed with Korean tea and small sweet bites. Everything was wonderful, with nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

Unbelievable stay, one of the best hotel experiences ever, extremely helpful and welcoming staff, very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Additionally, It is close to convenience stores. However, Sauna is not free and you can't enter the pool more than once a day. Be notified that they take around 200 thousand won as a deposit per night and they return it immediately when you check out. This amount is insensible in my opinion. Nevertheless it was an excellent hotel and i will definitely come back.

The hotel was wonderful, recommended eillie that help us to upgrade from deluxe room to 1 bedroom suite. Everything in the room is perfect from balcony, shampoo, Dyson hair dryer and seafood ramen in room service.

We had a great experience in this hotel. The best part was that they had foam pillows I requested already prepared in the room. This rarely happens even in other 5 star international hotels. Very impressed with their service and cleanliness. The location was great as well.

Such a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view and service. Extraordinary staff service but feels like the ocean breeze affects the room temperature somehow - blast the room temp controller but it was cold and warm at the same time. I had some sort of chills during the night. BUT the service and room and hotel conditions suffice the temperature issues. Hard to believe the no amenities policy - no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no soap, basically no disposable items, but keep in mind this is a 5 star hotel and a suite room.

Great view. Easily accessible to beach. Inclusive of entering hotel lounge
