The hotel was close to CBD and was good for family with small kids

服務：睡到半夜有人用鑰匙開門是不是很恐怖😱😱一會兒電話又響了😱😱😱😱😱 我老公勇敢拿起了電話，對方説説是白天接待我們的前台給錯鑰匙，我們應該住另外的房間，剛才是剛入住的客人開門，呼呼，這是什麼破酒店，犯這種低級錯誤！ 既然已經給我們鑰匙，就表示房間有人入住了，就算給錯了，也可以安排住其他房間，大部分都是空着的，自己內部調節，幹嘛又給一遍鑰匙，來嚇唬我們，如果不是我老公制止，就開門進來了！膽小的還的還得要個精神損失費呢！ 管理太有問題，住了這麼多年酒店，真是第一次遇到，服務太差。 環境：性價比不高。 衞生：性價比不高。 設施：性價比不高。

Nice clean room, aircon, comfy bed, decent view from the balcony. Nice and close to public transport, so many places to get food close by. Id reccomend stopping into the iga, such kind staff there. Polite and helpful staff at the motel with easy and accessable parking. Wljld definitely stay again.

Could not fault hotel staff, they were super lovely. We stayed in the 2 brm apartment for 2 nights to attend the Eras concert at Olympic park. It’s a little dated but clean. Pros Good location and easy to catch bus to Burwood and then train to Central. IGA across the road is handy. Great little kitchen area and good for families. Bathroom was clean. Staff are lovely Good value for money Cons No water pressure at all in shower meant we couldn’t wash our hair. Basically it dribbled out. Bed was a bit hard (pillows were good) Apartment felt very dark. Not much natural light. Elevator next to our room kept waking us up all night long. I mean constantly .. the whole night as people went up and down. Had no sleep so was v tired and had no good rest the whole stay.

The property was super noisy. There was a 2 inch gap between the entry door and the floor of the room. Constant woken up by people walking in the hall or cars driving on the street. The bathroom flooded due to the drain for the shower being 5 feet away from the shower. Extremely dangerous! When we mentioned the issue yo the front desk, the refused to do anything about it. We even asked for extra towels to clean it ourself and were denied.

For the money it was fine but absolutely nothing to rave about. Under the flight path, noisy corridor, very basic.

We rented a family room, the AC worked on a timer so didn't turn on properly. The bathroom had insects flying around. We mentioned not to clean one of the days, they cleaned anyways. Beds weren't fixed so they rolled around every time you bumped into them.

Short bus ride to westfield and the train station, and loads of restaurants. Room has good space and facilities. Enjoyed our stay.would recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December just after Christmas. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were a good size, with a small restaurant open for breakfast each morning that was very reasonably priced. Very easy access to Public Transport with a bus stop almost outside the front door, a short bus ride down to Burwood Train Station. Train run every 10 / 15 minutes into Central. Would stay here again.

Suite was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy.

Proximity to hospital easy to navigate to premises,not many places to eat but did find a lovely tia restaurant close.
