Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die tägliche Reinigung erfolgte gründlich, die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Jedes unserer Anliegen wurde Gelöst. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Man ist in Paar Minuten Fußweg, im Zentrum von Osmangazi. Ein Taxistand ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Fitnessstudio ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend, auch dort sind die Mitarbeiter stets bemüht. Weiterhin haben wir im Hotel noch den Friseur in Anspruch genommen, sehr kompetent, unkompliziert und der Preis hat gestimmt. Wir werden dass Hotel auch bei unserer nächsten Bursa Reise buchen!

Zweites Hotel der Türkeirundreise. Sehr modern, große Zimmer, sehr sauber, Thermalpool, mittelgroßes Fitnessstudio, sehr freundlicher Service, phantastische Dachterrasse mit Restaurant. Zentral gelegen. Nichts auszusetzen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, aber der Service des Rezeptionspersonals ist nur fair. Wir haben dem Rezeptionspersonal einige Fragen zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gestellt, aber nicht sehr genaue Informationen wurden bereitgestellt.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

Old building but in great shape, this hotel was visited by many local and international politicians, actors, singers. Great views over Bursa, great Spa and everything. It was the second time staying here and definitely not the last. Major problem, most staff are unable to speak English, not even at a very basic conversation level. It is very frustrating in a five star hotel not to be able to have a decent interaction with front desk or restaurant staff because of a language barrier.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Es war ein schönes Hotel in einer schönen Lage waren wir dort zu Ski genießen in Uludag aber wir wollten in der Stadt bleiben und hatten einen großen Zugang zu Restaurants und Malls 5 Minuten zu Fuß Personal waren schön und ich bevorzuge die Börse nach Istanbul und diese Lage war großartig , Darüber hinaus war der Valet Service groß und Concierge war so hilfreich

Große Lage und saubere Zimmer. Wir möchten dem Personal für ihre Gastfreundschaft und besonders freundliche Weise danken. Es war ruhig in der Nacht, wir hatten einen guten Abends Schlaf. Wir empfehlen Divan Bursa für jede Art von Reise.

Taxi ist unverzichtbar, weil es ein bisschen weit vom Zentrum der Stadt Bursa entfernt ist. Es dauert etwa 10 Minuten ～ 15 Minuten, 100TL ca. Taxi von der Bushaltestelle in etwa 20 Minuten, 200TL Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet Tee. Andere frische Obst und Gemüse sind in einer Reihe, zufriedenstellend. Ich habe nur eine Nacht gelebt, aber ich denke, wenn zwei oder zwei Menschen zwei oder mehr leben, können Sie das Gefühl der Komfort dieses Hotels fühlen. Ich wollte mit meinem Partner langsam bleiben.
