Ailecek konakladığımız Bursa şehir manzaralı kapalı çarşı yanında ve Ulucami ye çok yakın olmasına rağmen sakin-sessiz bir oteldi. İlk başta trip advisor da eski fotoğraflar görmeme rağmen arayıp bilgi aldığım başta Tuncay Beyefendi olmak üzere tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.. Otel yenilenme geçirmiş olup eski fotoğraflarını görürseniz sakın aldanmayın.. Yenilenmiş ve gayet güzel olmuş, ailecek kaldığımız temiz bir Oteldir. Tavsiye ederim..

Selim Onerli , Burak and front desk team were absolutely amazing. They are so customer centric and offered impeccable hospitality during our stay. Nothing is too much for them - oh and I forgot to mention the breakfast staff they are all one amazing team The B Loft is the best hotel ever in Bursa, I would not exchange it for any other hotel. The entire compliment of team is absolutely amazing and nothing is ever too much for them. Well done and keep up the great work, your absolute care for the customers. Das Personal ist sehr besorgt, Tee und Kaffee, wann immer Sie wollen, es bringt, sogar beim Skifahren, wenn ich die Thermometer sah, haben sie die Thermometer gefüllt. Danke für das Personal. Das Hotel ist neu gegründet, alles neues, neues Zimmer, Badezimmer, Kleiderschrank ist wirklich sauber. Ich habe das Frühstück sehr wichtig für mich, ich habe das Frühstücksangebot und das Warmmenü gefragt, und sie sagten, wir könnten eine Art breit und in der Küche Omeletten machen, aber wenn wir gehen, sagten sie, es gibt keinen Tube! Der Frühstücksraum war wie ein Eis. Am ersten Tag haben wir nichts gegessen, gefroren, und in den nächsten Tagen haben wir in den Frühstücksraum mit Skikleid gefahren, um nicht zu kühlen. Ich war auf Skiurlaub, also, als ich am Abend zum Hotel kam, war das erste, was ich suchte, war heiß, aber es gibt kein Heizungssystem, es hat es nicht im Klima erwärmt. Ich war krank im Zimmer, nicht im Ski. Erstens war das Personal sehr interessiert. Wann immer Sie wollen, bringen sie Tee oder Kaffee, wenn sie sahen, dass ich eine Thermo habe, füllten sie meine Thermo mit Tee, kostenlos. Das neu errichtete Hotel ist also alles neu im Zimmer. Zimmer-WC ist sauber. Aber Zimmerheizung mit Klimaanlage. Das kann sehr lange sein. Esszimmer ist sehr kalt.

Große Lage und saubere Zimmer. Wir möchten dem Personal für ihre Gastfreundschaft und besonders freundliche Weise danken. Es war ruhig in der Nacht, wir hatten einen guten Abends Schlaf. Wir empfehlen Divan Bursa für jede Art von Reise.

Lokasyon acisindan Ulu Camii ve sehir merkesine toplu tasima araclari ,dolmus , taksi gibi araclari kullana bilirsiniz yaklasik 20dk nizi alacaktir. Simdiden tesekkurler . Otelinizin Spa bölümüne ilk kez dün misafir olduk(Aile hamamı),orada bulunan Nur Arı Sayal ve Zeyni Dükkancılar hanimefendilerin ilgisi,hızlî servisi ve güleryüzünden ziyadesi ile memnun kaldık.Artık her Türkiye ziyaretimizde Otelinizi mutlaka ziyaret edecegiz.Temizliĝi ve hizmeti bakımîndan herkese tavsiye ederiz.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Hilton Hotels & Resorts tüm otellerinden bilindiği gibi, Hampton by Hilton Bursa da odalar, temizlik ve ağırlamak konusunda önde giden ve çok iyi servis veren bir otel. Her şeyinden ***et memnun kaldık, tek konumu biraz ters düşüyor. Ayrıca sigara içilen odalarda yine iyi klima ve hava temizleyici kullanarak sigara kokusuz geçirebileceğiniz nadir otellerden biri. Bursaya gittiğimizde her zaman yine seçeriz, rahatça tavsiye de edebiliriz. [9/10]

Ich nutze Ctrip grundsätzlich für Geschäftsreisen und der Service ist großartig. Wenn Sie auf Probleme stoßen, können Sie schnell Antworten vom Kundenservice erhalten. Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand und der Schlüssel ist sehr praktisch Unten werde ich es wieder wählen, wenn ich auf Geschäftsreise gehe, um meine geschäftlichen Bedürfnisse ausreichend zu erfüllen

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!
