Es war absolut perfekt in Preisfragen. Die Reinigung und Hygiene waren schön. Es war komfortabel. Wir konnten nicht Frühstück essen, weil wir um 6 Uhr morgens aus waren. Der Hotelbedienstete sagte, wir könnten Ihnen trotzdem ein Frühstückstisch bereiten. Die Kunden freuen sich sicherlich auf ein Unternehmen, das vorankommt. Wenn ich wieder auf dem Weg bin, muss ich nicht mehr auf einen anderen Platz schauen. Die Karten sind falsch. Suchen Sie nach dem Hotel.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Allgemein war ich eig sehr zufrieden aber obwohl ich es nicht wollte sind haben die mein Zimmer betreten und sauber gemacht. Allerschlimmste war ich war am schlafen und es hat wie wilde an der Tür geklopft geklingelt und die Reinigungskraft wollte sogar mit der Karte ins Zimmer. Ich lag noch im Bett!! Habe meine Beschwerde weitergegeben aber nichts gehört.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts tüm otellerinden bilindiği gibi, Hampton by Hilton Bursa da odalar, temizlik ve ağırlamak konusunda önde giden ve çok iyi servis veren bir otel. Her şeyinden ***et memnun kaldık, tek konumu biraz ters düşüyor. Ayrıca sigara içilen odalarda yine iyi klima ve hava temizleyici kullanarak sigara kokusuz geçirebileceğiniz nadir otellerden biri. Bursaya gittiğimizde her zaman yine seçeriz, rahatça tavsiye de edebiliriz. [9/10]

Selim Onerli , Burak and front desk team were absolutely amazing. They are so customer centric and offered impeccable hospitality during our stay. Nothing is too much for them - oh and I forgot to mention the breakfast staff they are all one amazing team The B Loft is the best hotel ever in Bursa, I would not exchange it for any other hotel. The entire compliment of team is absolutely amazing and nothing is ever too much for them. Well done and keep up the great work, your absolute care for the customers. Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Mitte des historischen Bereichs, und es ist überall zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war eine zusätzliche Eigenschaft, sein eigener Parkplatz zu haben. Das Personal war hilfreich und besucht. Die Größe der Zimmer kann sich ändern, wir hatten zwei Zimmer, ein kleines Zimmer, aber das andere war groß genug. Zimmerreinigung und Frühstück *** genügt. Ich bevorzuge es noch einmal.

Ich nutze Ctrip grundsätzlich für Geschäftsreisen und der Service ist großartig. Wenn Sie auf Probleme stoßen, können Sie schnell Antworten vom Kundenservice erhalten. Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand und der Schlüssel ist sehr praktisch Unten werde ich es wieder wählen, wenn ich auf Geschäftsreise gehe, um meine geschäftlichen Bedürfnisse ausreichend zu erfüllen

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!
