Courtyard Burlington Harbor

Wir zahlten fast 500 Dollar pro Nacht und stellten kurz darauf fest, dass dieser Ort normalerweise etwa 150 Dollar kostet. Nicht sicher, warum die großen Preistreiber. Es ist definitiv eher ein Preis von 150,00 $. Das Spa war voll mit Kindern, die nicht einmal im Hotel waren. Bubbles hat im Spa nicht funktioniert. Der Boden im Badezimmer hatte bei der Überprüfung Haare sowie etwas, das wie Kissenfüllung auf dem Teppich aussah. Die Speisekarte im Restaurant sah fantastisch aus, aber wir haben es am ersten Tag der Menüänderung probiert, was nicht so gut lief. Sie müssen überwältigt gewesen sein, was uns überwältigt hat. Wir zahlten für das Seeblick-Upgrade, aber unser Zimmer war direkt vor Bäumen, sodass wir den See kaum sehen konnten. (etwas, das sie Ihnen mitteilen sollten, wenn Sie das Upgrade bezahlen). Ich werde sagen, die Lage war großartig und das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Aber ich würde nicht wieder fast 2000 Dollar für einen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten hier bezahlen. Wir haben weniger für 5-Sterne-Hotels bezahlt.

J'ai adoré la cueillette sur le lac champlain, lit très confortable et le service parfait! Je recommande les yeux fermés. On nous a même accommodé pour rester 1h de plus.

What a wonderful hotel! Everyone is so friendly and the hotel is beautiful. It is very clean, love the walk-in shower, love the location.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Church Street shops and restaurants, food in the hotel was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. Best place I have ever stayed in Burlington. Only issues were small; floor in the shower in room 705 doesn't tilt toward the drain so there is a large slippery puddle left even 24 hours after you last showered, towel bar or hooks on the back of bathroom door would have been really handy, and bathroom sink has a big crack in it, which didn't affect function at all, but may get worse over time, so check it out. Thanks for a great stay!

NIce hotel near restaurants, shops and walking along the path above the lake. Wonderful dining and bar. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and food was delicious.

Lovely stay! Location was perfect for walking around downtown and the view of the lake was spectacular. The staff was so nice and friendly. Would most definitely stay here again in the future!

We love the property but noticed that surrounding area has deteriorated -more homeless people, but we will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

While I didn’t get the room that I reserved I did get an 8th floor room with a phenomenal view of the lake (I received an accessibility room but reserved a king room with pull out and lake view.) As I mentioned the view was amazing, the floor was quiet, all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The pool area and parking lot were clean; someone restocked towels at the pool within minutes of me calling to say they were out. The hotel parking was easy and right down the street from both Church Street marketplace and the lake. Everything was easy and quick to get to. There were less than 10 unhoused people in tents across the street from the hotel but that is through no fault of the hotel; no one ever bothered us and we (2 females) never felt unsafe. Not only would I recommend the hotel and area (this was our first time there), we’re planning to return in a few months.
