If you want to feel at home away from home , so this is the HOTEL to go No need to mention that it is the only 5 stars hotel in Buraidah, I stayed there for almost 25 days really what a great stay it was The staff were welcoming from the first second you enter the building , and the housekeeping were more than helpful you can ask them for anything you need( i was blessed to have Jerad as my floor supervisor) The Hotel is a round shaped building with another straight extension. I stayed in the extension rooms as they were bigger in space but with a small bathroom. The food was great with such a variety in what they present & if you need any special item or meal they will make it for you. The hotel has its own multi floors parking so if you have a car it will be in a safe place not parking in the street, in the building there is a small branch for starbucks so you can grab your coffee any time, never to mention that you have your own coffee machine in your room. I really notice the cleanliness in the hotel. It has high standards at this point , also they work on feedback you give them in any area from the junior staff till the general manager (Mr.Alaa Awad) who was supportive & cooperative. I totally would recommend this hotel for anyone is visiting Buraidah

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Buraidah, nachdem wir beim Check-in einige Probleme behoben hatten. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren fantastisch und haben uns schnell und mit einer positiven Einstellung geholfen, unsere Probleme zu lösen. Das wurde sehr geschätzt. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht ideal, um in der Nähe ein Restaurant zu finden. Die Zimmer sind groß und ruhig – sobald man den Kühlschrank aussteckt! Die Bohnen zum Frühstück waren die besten auf unserer Reise – und das Frühstück war insgesamt recht gut. Der Kaffee ist „ok“, aber wie in den meisten saudischen Hotels kommt er aus dem Automaten. Das WLAN war hier auf unserer Tour am langsamsten und oft unterbrochen.
