This is in an amazing location without a doubt. However the price was a little high for the quality. It’s been rainy so when we arrived it was very cold in there and unfortunately we were unable to get the heater to work and it blew cold air all night. We tried watching tv but the cable not the WiFi would work or connect. So we were just a little bummed to spend so much money on our vaca get away for a room in which nothing worked. We were lucky to get the coffee machine to work in the morning. Our experience was most definitely not worth $300 unfortunately.

We had a good stay. Outside of someone who came by to see if we wanted housekeeping, nobody was around. But all directions were communicated, and it was very easy using the keypad and getting the key. Right across the street from the beach. Room was clean and updated. It was quiet. Nice community outdoor area to hang out and listen to the waves. Easy walk to the main area with shops, bars, and restaurants.

This is the best location for viewing the full moon light on the atlantic ocean water. The room was extremely comfortable with no heavy fragrant smell. Great for people with sensitivities. You can hear the ocean waves from your room.

The place is a gem! The grounds are well kept, and the rooms are extremely clean updated, and unique. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The location is the best! Walking distance to so many places and the beaches are beautiful. Definitely would stay again.

Vikktoria was super accommodating for us during bike week. She was very sweet and kind. Our room was clean and just what we needed for our one night stay in between airbnbs. We could even park our truck and trailer in a safe location on their property. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed several days in the room that looks out on A1A. Larger than most at this motel, with a well equipped kitchen. This is not a luxury motel (IKEA furnishings, older fixtures) but it was clean, bed was comfortable, parking was convenient, and the ocean is just a stroll across A1A. A few blocks from downtown Flagler Beach so noise wasn't an issue, but easy to walk to restaurants, etc. Was disappointed that the weather was unseasonably cool during our trip. We would have like to use the covered patio area and the beachfront lookout more, but hope to do that in future trips. We will definitely stay here again, and so appreciate that our dog was able to also enjoy the A1A Ocean Club and the Atlantic beachfront with us.

2nd time my wife and I have stayed here and we have enjoyed very much both times. Retro motel with a modern twist. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the heart of Flagler Beach. Beds are very comfortable and rooms have been clean each time we have stayed. Take advantage of their private beach cabana across A1A. Cold weekend when we went last time, but we still stuck it out and watched the waves come in with our own happy hour. Only slight downfall is it seems to run on auto-pilot. Didn't see a soul in the office the whole weekend... but sometimes that a good thing.
