This is a very spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a driveway to fit 3 vehicles.We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties.The driveway has enough parking to fit 3 vehicles. If needed, a gate code will be provided to you to allow you to open the driveway gate in order to fit 3 vehicles comfortable. Please do not block the sidewalk as it will be cited by law enforcement. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
