If you need more room for family or friends, we have attached the Ocean Suite that sleeps 9 on one side and the Pirate Villa that sleeps 7 on the other. House next door sleeps 10. All four on the same property right on the river.Guests have an entire place with a private patio. The grass area is large enough to play corn hole or other games and share with other guests. There is a dock and beach area that depending on the water level throughout the day is also shared with other guests. The beach is about 300ft when water is low.
