Evaluation très mitigée. L'hôtel est bien et très bien placé, cependant: - le personnel n'est pas souvent au rendez-vous. On signale à Maria à l'accueil que notre mini-bar ne refroidit pas. Réponse, un mini-bar ne refroidit pas. On avait bien sûr deux chambres et dans l'autre, il était complètement froid voire même trop. En bougeant la prise électrique, ça fonctionnait. On l'a signalé mais personne n'est jamais venu. - les cartes de la chambre qui n'ont pas fonctionné trois fois. A chaque fois qu'on passe, on nous dit que ça arrive et à la troisième fois, on nous dit que c'est parce que la taxe de séjour n'est pas payé. Ironie du sort, on est passé deux fois à l'accueil pour le faire mais on nous a dit plus tard. - un bruit incroyable dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel reçoit des groupes de jeunes adolescents et ils sont infernales, on ne pouvait pas vraiment dormir avant 1 à 2 heures du matin. - si vous voulez joindre la réception, priez pour que votre chambre soit avec les nouvelles installations. Ma fille a bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre et nous a priori d'une moins nouvelle. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et malgré un signalement à la réception, rien n'a été fait. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, confortable, la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très bien et le service des restaurants sont excellents. On a hésité avec le Seaview et on regrette finalement. Malgré les bons points de l'hôtel, on n'y reviendra plus, c'est certain.

The hotel is a bit aged. Needs a redo. One elevator was broken and sometimes that gave a long wait. Food was ok although some easy improvements can make it splendid. The airconditioning is central and so not adjustable for each room. For us it was way too hot at night 25°C with a 75% humidity is sticky. I guess some smaller rooms feel colder that’s the downside of central air. Rather put it cool before sleep and off at night as the airflow gave my friend a stiff neck blowing on the bed. I’ve shared a bed with my good friend. We knew it would be a double but we never thought it was only 140m wide. That’s like very small double and for two little overweight men it’s way too small! Also WHO EVER DESIGNS those bright flashing fire alarms and hangs them right above the bed. Couldn’t sleep without an eye mask because of the flashing! The pool was not big but luckily they have 3 pools. The roof bar has a canvas but when it’s a windstil day its way too hot! They should hang Fans! The staff was very very friendly!.

I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS!!!!!! This hotel was an utter disaster and IS an utter disgrace. Before I write my review, I would like to say, we complained to the hotel, about 5 at least, they told us to complain to our provider we booked with. We just received a response with the hotels basically calling us liars, saying we didn’t complain! Little does this hotel realise I have PROOF WITH TIME AND DATE STAMPS OF EVERY COMPLAINT AND VIDEOS OF US COMPLAINING AT RECEPTION. The first night we arrived, we go to our room, the toilet seat wasn’t on the toilet. The electric box was making so much noise we could not sleep. The beds were squeaking on every single turn. We go down to reception to complain with a video of our electric box saying this is a joke we can’t sleep here and expect to switch rooms this is a 4* hotel.. to which the GRUMPY receptionist did not even apologise and said “I’ll send maintenance” We then had to go back to our room and wait for maintenance to fix the electric box, photo date and time stamped 11.32pm He didn’t fix the toilet. The next day we ask for toilet to be fixed they came to fix it, then a new maintenance man comes to fix the beds and tighten screws. The FOLLOWING day, the cleaning service only give us ONE towel!? So my partner went outside to ask them for a second towel, to which the cleaning staff started arguing saying we only need one!? At this point my partner got angry and demanded to speak to the manager about everything. The manager upon hearing that the staff had sent maintenance to our room so late went absolutely mental at the staff shouting in reception. Saying how dare they disturb guests. My partner returned to the room with two fantastic as ‘compensation’ telling me the manager said he will look into it. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Then every morning 7am the cleaning staff woke us up as their cleaning cupboard next to our room, they had 0 regard for guests and did not attempt to keep the noise down it was a joke. Again my partner had to go out the room and ask them what are they doing !? The other thing this hotel does not tell you is that it takes GROUP BOOKINGS, and by the tons. Every, single, day there were so many groups of teenagers etc on trips. These teenagers were up until 2-3am at nights, so we once AGAIN go to reception and ask them to sort it out and that it’s a joke. There is a camera right outside our room so anyone who checks can see the amount of times we had to go to reception at night!!!!! This particular night the man at reception says don’t worry he will sort it. He then proceeds to get a flashlight and shine it on all the balcony’s of the teenagers telling them to go to bed - I also have a video of this should the hotel say I’m lying!!!! The last night, at 1am.. we have one of these from the groups knock on our door and run away. We had already heard them running around the corridors. AGAIN we go to reception and the same grumpy receptionist is there and his response

Stayed for a week in May arriving on a Saturday, requested a front room was, given a rear room with views of other rooms in a Courtyard. Asked reception for a change, told to come back on Monday as they were full at the weekend, went back Monday and was told they knew nothing of our room request. The room we had was very dated, worn and very dirty furniture, bathroom was a disgrace for a supposedly 4 star Hotel, don't know who grouted the bathroom tiles or caulked the bathroom toilet but I'm sure a child could have done better without even trying, chrome rusted and peeling from the fittings and door handles. The daily housekeeping were fantastic, trying to make the best of what they had to deal with. We were wakened every morning at 7am with music and the noise of furniture being constantly dragged over concrete floors, think it was coming from the dining room. Our tiny balcony looked onto a Courtyard surrounded by other rooms, this was our view. This yard was strewn with clothes from balconies above, cigarette buts and pieces of masonry that I suppose fell from the building. No view's, no sun. Breakfast was ok, all you would expect for breakfast but the only change to our week was some mornings you got potato wedges others were scalloped potatoes. If you wanted toast then you joined the queue to use the single damaged toaster. Would I stay here again, NO.

Hotel was OK ,very friendly Staff ,everything for 4 stars except room ,room was for maximum 2 stars hotel ,I have been in Poland 4 stars hotel few Years ago standards there was much much better everything was luxury compare to this hotel. Most food in Soreda was tasty ,but scramble egg was awful very artificial.Also there was no cheesecake ,but there was some tasty cream cakes .I like this choice of drinks in all inclusive ,very good whisky .Very nice view from the roof bar and pool.
