Great place and great service with great amenities. I can only recommend the Grand View Hotel and the pricing is great too 😊👍🏻🇦🇷 also one gets pretty short notice quick booking confirmation - if you are to early for checkin - you get free luggage storage while you wait for 2 PM until you can move into your room.

Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

Es fühlt sich gut an, die Lage ist besser, das Hotel ist im Ausland sehr großzügig, es gibt einen Flughafenbus, Tango-Ausführungsschein. Empfehlen Sie Geschäfts- und Privatunterkunft.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, wir haben viele Ausflüge und Fußgänge gemacht, wir fanden die Umgebungen gut sicher. Wir fahren auch mit Taxi, am Ort passierten mehrere und wir hatten kein Problem. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, gab es zwei Einzelbetten, wir selbst zusammengekommen und konnten so schlafen. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht Eis, es ist nur, um Raumtemperatur zu halten. Wir nehmen das Heißrekord in Argentinien im März o/23, Gott sei Dank die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, die Dusche ist großartig, Frühstück ist ok, das WiFi ist nicht sehr gut. Wenn Sie gehen zu gehen, den ganzen Tag ausbleiben und nicht lange im Hotel bleiben wollen, nur für Ruhe verwenden, ich empfehle.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Ein gutes, aber etwas veraltetes Hotel, vor allem die Halle im 5. Stock in der Nähe der Aufzüge (in den anderen Wohnetagen am Ball). Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders schick, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war eintönig, bei großem Besucherandrang mussten wir auf einen freien Tisch warten. Aber wenn Sie Imfruit-Champagner wollen, ist er immer da! Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio sind winzig, aber die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist großartig. Wir verlängerten das Hotel um eine Nacht und an der Rezeption nannten verschiedene Rezeptionisten unterschiedliche Preise für das Zimmer, in dem wir zwei Wochen wohnten. Ich muss sagen, bei stoik trip.com ist der Preis niedriger als an der Kasse.

Ich war hier für zwei Nächte zu Gast - Zimmer 958. Einchecken verlief problemlos. Gebucht über booking.com - premium Doppelzimmer. Sehr geräumig, sauber, old Style aber nicht verwohnt. Gute Matratze. Zimmer hat Scharm. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und man kann auch auf der Terrasse sitzen; Samstag und Sonntag sogar bis 11/12 Uhr, top. Wäscheservice funktioniert und nach 12 Stunden war alles sauber und gebügelt zurück. Fairer Preis. Eine Wechselstube ist genau ggü. vom Hotel und ich habe dort auch Euro in ARS umgetauscht 1/222. Sehr guter Kurs; empfehle ausreichend Bargeld (USD,EUR,GBP) mitzunehmen und vor Ort zu wechseln. Macht das Leben vor Ort erheblich günstiger. Ich habe das Glück gehabt einen sehr erfahrenen und netten Guide gebucht zu haben, über TripAdvisor. Er spricht deutsch und englisch sehr gut und kennt sich zudem sehr gut aus - wir haben einen halben Tag zusammen verbracht und mit seinem neuen Auto hat er mich sicher transportiert. Echt ein Geheimtipp. Kontakt: JMHARISMENDY(at)GMAIL.COM (Juan). Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Pool - hat den Namen eigentlich nicht verdient, aber wer geht schon in den Pool in Buenos Aires ? Wer darauf großen Wert legt, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Ich kann das Hotel mit gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! We had a horrible experience at this hotel. By accident my husband broke a small side table in the lobby. In the beginning we were more concerned about my husband’s fall than the broken piece of furniture. Unfortunately, the management was more concerned about the small table than my husband’s well being. They asked us to pay $900 for the broken table. Since It seemed to be a lot of money for this kind of furniture we asked for proof that it costs $900 which they did not provide. We did the research online and found a set of two exactly the same tables for $200. Based on our research we offered them $250 in cash for the table and the trouble. They refused to accept the $250 and called the police. The management locked us in the room until the police came. We tried to explain to the police that the management wanted us to pay $900 for something that is worth no more than $200 but the police took our passports and kept us hostages until we paid the $900. It was the last day of our vacation. We did not have any cash left but since they threatened us that they will not let us leave Argentina we decided to pay with a credit card. The manger agreed to accept the credit card payment under one condition that the hotel will charge our credit card with black market exchange rate and not the official one. This was illegal and we would end up paying almost double. It would be around $1,700. The police did not do anything and pressured us to either pay with cash or transfer the money from our US bank account. We didn’t have any choice and asked our friend to borrow $900 to avoid further complications, get our passports back, and leave the country. In situations like this you have no rights as a foreigner. You have nowhere to go and nobody to talk to. It was a horrible and unnecessary experience in such a beautiful country. You definitely do not want to go through something like this. It was a theft in broad daylight. We strongly recommend to avoid this hotel.

Wie ein Hostel sollte laufen. Eines der besten, die ich je gehabt habe, in 20 Jahren Reisen. Gürtel, Ladegerät, Licht und eine Schließfache für jedes Bett. Große Schließfächer im Zimmer. Zimmer sind super geräumig. Sie haben individuelle Sicherheitsboxen mit einem Passwort im Empfangsbereich und einer Kamera, die sie beobachten, so dass Sie Werte hinterlassen können. Fastend sauber. Reinigt mehrmals täglich. Alle Blätter, Gürtel sind super sauber. Viele große, private Badezimmer rund um das Hostel mit kostenlosem Seife, Shampoo, Klimaanlage. Aktivitäten fast täglich von Empanada und Mathematen bis Tango-Lektionen. Eine breite Palette von gemeinsamen Bereichen: 2 große, saubere, gut gespeicherte Küchen, ein ruhiges Zimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein Garten. Kostenlose Wasserversorgung. Unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal 24/7. Sicher, weil Sie jederzeit Buzz brauchen. Jemand ist da 24/7. Direkt neben Florida Calle für Geld wechseln. Die nächste U-Bahn ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants super nah. Einschließlich eines wirklich tollen, erschwinglichen, vegetarischen Selbstbetreuungsplatzes und ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit großem Fleisch, wo Sie einen Rabatt für die Bereitstellung eines Hostel Kunden. Ich blieb dort zunächst und ging nach einer Reise nach Patagonia zurück. Sie haben mich gelassen, mein Gepäck zu verlassen, während ich in Patagonia war. Entschuldigung für die lange Bewertung, aber nachdem ich viel gereist und in vielen Hostels geblieben war, war ich wirklich beeindruckt, wie dieses Hostel funktioniert.
