I'm from the US but have been living in Buenos Aires for 15-yrs now. Due to some work being done in my home I had to temporarily relocate and stayed here with my family for a few nights. Overall, we loved it and were super comfortable. The room was large, relatively modern, very clean, great water pressure on the shower and comfortable beds. All the most important elements were done right. There were 2 standout elements which were the front-desk team who were really exceptional and then the breakfast which we really loved. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value we'd surely return to and recommend to friends coming to BA.

I really enjoyed this place and cannot say enough positive things about my stay. Enchantingly quaint, charming, very comfortable, immaculately clean, an AMAZING staff and so convenient to everything. The property is beautifully appointed and my room was quite comfortable with a balcony overlooking the street. The location is within close proximity to all of the major sightseeing areas, including two subway lines, and is situated in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Lots of very nice restaurants within an easy walking distance. Special shout-outs to staff members Román, Silvina and Eduardo for going above and beyond to make this such a pleasurable experience; they were awesome! I would gladly stay here again, if and when I ever return to Buenos Aires!

Nachdem wir 12 Stunden oder so in eine Stadt fliegen, die wir nie besucht hätten, in einem Land, das wir nie besucht hätten, in ein Hotel, das wir nur online gesehen hätten, waren wir aufgeregt, müde und ein wenig besorgniserregend. Aber alle unsere Sorgen flogen in Minuten nach der Ankunft im Hotel Vitrum aus dem Fenster. Die Mitarbeiter konnten in Sekunden auf Englisch fliegen und waren je so freundlich und hilfreich. Es gab eine Wärme und Authentizität zu ihren Interaktionen, die nicht in einem Kundenservice-Handbuch gelehrt werden kann. Wir fühlten uns als Menschen, nicht nur Gäste, oder Nachten oder was auch immer die Profit-Einheiten’ Hotels für die Besetzung nutzen. Unsere Suite war auf der Straße noch ruhig, modern und fast unspottbar. Und ich kann das Bett empfehlen, als wir 12 Stunden gerade geschlafen haben. Der Zeitzone Unterschied zwischen BA und Auckland ist für die östlichen Reisenden nicht günstig. Die Lage für uns war fantastisch. Palermo ist wandelbar, eklektisch, hippisch, roh, historisch und funky. Und das Essen (mit Kunstöl) - oh mein - so viele Qualitätswahlen in der Nähe oder sogar weit. Asado, Alphajoren, Empandas, Choripan und alle Milanesen kann man essen. Werfen Sie den Wein und gehen Sie es alle weg wird unverzichtbar. Glücklicherweise ist Vitrum in einem einfachen Spaziergang der U-Bahn, so dass alle BA Ihre Oyster ist. Was für eine Perle einer Stadt ist es. Wir können nicht warten, um zurück zu gehen. Besondere Erwähnung muss dem venezuelanischen Konzern, der uns die größtmögliche Begrüßung verleiht, gehen. Wenn Sie es je nach Neuseeland machen, gibt es einen Sitz auf unserem Tisch für Sie.

Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

Hotel mit hervorragenden Kostenvorteil. Sehr gute Lage! Durch Bewertungen auf den Hostelsites, bitten wir, nicht im 1. Stock zu bleiben und das ist der beste Tipp, den ich geben kann. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock war sehr ruhig! Ich denke, die Zimmer im ersten Stock müssen mit dem Lärm viel leiden, bieten einen einfachen Frühstück, das einen Kelch breitet.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! 725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, wir haben viele Ausflüge und Fußgänge gemacht, wir fanden die Umgebungen gut sicher. Wir fahren auch mit Taxi, am Ort passierten mehrere und wir hatten kein Problem. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, gab es zwei Einzelbetten, wir selbst zusammengekommen und konnten so schlafen. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht Eis, es ist nur, um Raumtemperatur zu halten. Wir nehmen das Heißrekord in Argentinien im März o/23, Gott sei Dank die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, die Dusche ist großartig, Frühstück ist ok, das WiFi ist nicht sehr gut. Wenn Sie gehen zu gehen, den ganzen Tag ausbleiben und nicht lange im Hotel bleiben wollen, nur für Ruhe verwenden, ich empfehle.

Wie ein Hostel sollte laufen. Eines der besten, die ich je gehabt habe, in 20 Jahren Reisen. Gürtel, Ladegerät, Licht und eine Schließfache für jedes Bett. Große Schließfächer im Zimmer. Zimmer sind super geräumig. Sie haben individuelle Sicherheitsboxen mit einem Passwort im Empfangsbereich und einer Kamera, die sie beobachten, so dass Sie Werte hinterlassen können. Fastend sauber. Reinigt mehrmals täglich. Alle Blätter, Gürtel sind super sauber. Viele große, private Badezimmer rund um das Hostel mit kostenlosem Seife, Shampoo, Klimaanlage. Aktivitäten fast täglich von Empanada und Mathematen bis Tango-Lektionen. Eine breite Palette von gemeinsamen Bereichen: 2 große, saubere, gut gespeicherte Küchen, ein ruhiges Zimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein Garten. Kostenlose Wasserversorgung. Unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal 24/7. Sicher, weil Sie jederzeit Buzz brauchen. Jemand ist da 24/7. Direkt neben Florida Calle für Geld wechseln. Die nächste U-Bahn ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants super nah. Einschließlich eines wirklich tollen, erschwinglichen, vegetarischen Selbstbetreuungsplatzes und ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit großem Fleisch, wo Sie einen Rabatt für die Bereitstellung eines Hostel Kunden. Ich blieb dort zunächst und ging nach einer Reise nach Patagonia zurück. Sie haben mich gelassen, mein Gepäck zu verlassen, während ich in Patagonia war. Entschuldigung für die lange Bewertung, aber nachdem ich viel gereist und in vielen Hostels geblieben war, war ich wirklich beeindruckt, wie dieses Hostel funktioniert.
