Great little hotel. Ok the cons. Two blocks too much into an area that might not feel right with travelers that are not use to big cities like NYC. While the room was clean and well appointed the shower could use a little love. And lastly no coffee in the room. The pros. Great staff. Water bottles and drinks in the room. Room is big and comfortable. The price is right and the location close enough to key areas. Breakfast was good just what you need nothing fancy. I would def stay here again. I would recommend to people as well.

All many positive aspects - modernness, location, flair, service, etc. - and negative ones - tiredness of some furniture, no international plugs or bottle of water upon arrival, repetitive breakfast with one juice only, etc. - have been detailed over and over in my many reviews here. The suite on the 12th floor is most elegant and cosy, but too bad the architect didn't consider a small balcony there. Oh, please fix the connecting door, it doesn't slide through. I look forward to returning somewhere I am genuinely smiled at and where people call me by first name, given the 'intimacy' developed in so many visits. Again, can I call it my home in BsAs?? I think so! PS. When is the excellent sauna getting fixed?

Lage ist ideal für die Exploration und in der Nähe von Metro, Tango-Shows, Restaurants usw. Nur negative. Fantastische TV und Kanäle, aber nichts in englischer Sprache oder mit Untertiteln. Wir mussten unsere eigene Unterhaltung streamen. Auch keine Kaffee-Machungsanlagen verfügbar. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie in US$ per Karte zahlen !!!

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal 24/7. Sicher, weil Sie jederzeit Buzz brauchen. Jemand ist da 24/7. Direkt neben Florida Calle für Geld wechseln. Die nächste U-Bahn ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants super nah. Wenn Sie kaufen möchten, können Sie die Fußstraße in der Nähe des Pazifik-Wagens gehen. Der Hotelservice ist auch sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben das Sofitel auch aus Gründen der Erinnerung an das ehemalige Haus in der Arroyo gebucht. Dieses Gebäude war wunderschön. Das neue Sofitel liegt ebenso sehr gut, mitten in Recoleta. Es ist ein typisches Sofitel - mit dem gewohnt guten Service. Die Lobby ist sehr schön, unsere Suite war ebenfalls ansprechend. Etwas hat gefehlt - vielleicht Blumen oder Deko. Insgesamt kann man das Sofitel absolut empfehlen! Wer in Recoleta wohnen möchte trifft eine gute Wahl.
