I had the chance to stay (again) in Ker Belgrano in December 2020. The service was amazing. All the staff played a crucial role to make my stay enjoyable. They are constantly refreshing the rooms so you will find a modern and clean environment with all you need. The breakfast is super good given and provide a wide variety of options. Finally the Location!!! Placed in Belgrano just 2 blocks from the Subway to visit historic/touristic Buenos Aires in just 20 minutes. I will come back!

Sprechen Sie über schreckliche Kundenservice... Sie hatten einen Stromausfall im Gebäude (die Ausfallausfall war speziell für das Gebäude) und wir konnten nicht in unserem Zimmer im 13. Stock zugreifen. Ihr Backup-Stromgenerator funktionierte auch nicht. Wir mussten die Nacht in einem anderen Hotel verbringen. Am nächsten Morgen war die Kraft noch aus. Wir stiegen die 13 Etagen und kamen mit unseren drei Taschen zurück, im tiefen Dunkeln, da dieses Gebäude keine Notbeleuchtung im Treppenblock hat. Ich kam ins Eigentum, aber sie weigerten mich zurückzuzahlen. Das Gebäude hatte ein wenig Licht und wir konnten nicht in der Wohnung schlafen... und sie wollten uns nicht wieder eingliedern, während sie den Kunden sehr schlecht beachtet hatten... Sie hatten einen Energieschaden im Gebäude (nicht im Bereich, sondern im Gebäude selbst) und wir konnten nicht in unser Zimmer auf der 13. Etage zugreifen. Ihr Back-up-Stromgenerator funktionierte auch nicht. Wir mussten die Nacht in einem anderen Hotel verbringen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es noch keine Strom. Wir stiegen auf die 13 Etagen und gingen mit unseren drei Gepäck wieder in die Dunkelheit, da dieses Gebäude keine Notbeleuchtung auf der Treppe hat. Ich habe mit dem Besitz kommuniziert, aber sie haben mir geweigert, zurückzuzahlen.

Hotel mit hervorragenden Kostenvorteil. Sehr gute Lage! Durch Bewertungen auf den Hostelsites, bitten wir, nicht im 1. Stock zu bleiben und das ist der beste Tipp, den ich geben kann. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock war sehr ruhig! Ich denke, die Zimmer im ersten Stock müssen mit dem Lärm viel leiden, bieten einen einfachen Frühstück, das einen Kelch breitet.

Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr empfindlich und leistungsfähig, die Hotel- und Zimmerausstattung sind sehr gut. Frühstück ist einfach, wenn man die Gebühr verglichen, die wir haben in Hotels Brasiliens und Resorts Welt draußen, aber das wesentliche beachtet ruhig. Die Touren im Hotel sind sehr gut, die Preise sind einladend und dieselben von den lokalen Geschäften selbst praktiziert, empfehle ich, wer sie ansehen und wer sie schließen kann.

725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, wir haben viele Ausflüge und Fußgänge gemacht, wir fanden die Umgebungen gut sicher. Wir fahren auch mit Taxi, am Ort passierten mehrere und wir hatten kein Problem. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, gab es zwei Einzelbetten, wir selbst zusammengekommen und konnten so schlafen. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht Eis, es ist nur, um Raumtemperatur zu halten. Wir nehmen das Heißrekord in Argentinien im März o/23, Gott sei Dank die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, die Dusche ist großartig, Frühstück ist ok, das WiFi ist nicht sehr gut. Wenn Sie gehen zu gehen, den ganzen Tag ausbleiben und nicht lange im Hotel bleiben wollen, nur für Ruhe verwenden, ich empfehle.
