Gut gelegenes Hotel, wir haben viele Ausflüge und Fußgänge gemacht, wir fanden die Umgebungen gut sicher. Wir fahren auch mit Taxi, am Ort passierten mehrere und wir hatten kein Problem. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, gab es zwei Einzelbetten, wir selbst zusammengekommen und konnten so schlafen. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht Eis, es ist nur, um Raumtemperatur zu halten. Wir nehmen das Heißrekord in Argentinien im März o/23, Gott sei Dank die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, die Dusche ist großartig, Frühstück ist ok, das WiFi ist nicht sehr gut. Wenn Sie gehen zu gehen, den ganzen Tag ausbleiben und nicht lange im Hotel bleiben wollen, nur für Ruhe verwenden, ich empfehle.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

A localização do hotel é ótima, pertinho do Porto Madero e de outros pontos como San Telmo e Obelisco - da para ir andando. O café da manhã é Ok. Os recepcionista são excelentes e inclusive você pode deixar suas malas guardadas antes do horário de check-in. A roupa de cama é toalha são de boa qualidade. Silencioso demais, dormi super bem. As instalações são um pouco antiga. No banheiro, o meio blindex não impedia que molhasse o banheiro durante o banho e é bem apertadinho. Não tem muitas tomadas e nem um local para apoiar as malas. Os armários também são antigos, inclusive com cheiro característico.

Exzellenter Service, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel, hilfsbereite Kellner, etwas kleine, aber akzeptable Zimmergröße, leckeres Frühstück, ich mag es und empfehle es Freunden und Familie.

Ich war hier für zwei Nächte zu Gast - Zimmer 958. Einchecken verlief problemlos. Gebucht über booking.com - premium Doppelzimmer. Sehr geräumig, sauber, old Style aber nicht verwohnt. Gute Matratze. Zimmer hat Scharm. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und man kann auch auf der Terrasse sitzen; Samstag und Sonntag sogar bis 11/12 Uhr, top. Wäscheservice funktioniert und nach 12 Stunden war alles sauber und gebügelt zurück. Fairer Preis. Eine Wechselstube ist genau ggü. vom Hotel und ich habe dort auch Euro in ARS umgetauscht 1/222. Sehr guter Kurs; empfehle ausreichend Bargeld (USD,EUR,GBP) mitzunehmen und vor Ort zu wechseln. Macht das Leben vor Ort erheblich günstiger. Ich habe das Glück gehabt einen sehr erfahrenen und netten Guide gebucht zu haben, über TripAdvisor. Er spricht deutsch und englisch sehr gut und kennt sich zudem sehr gut aus - wir haben einen halben Tag zusammen verbracht und mit seinem neuen Auto hat er mich sicher transportiert. Echt ein Geheimtipp. Kontakt: JMHARISMENDY(at)GMAIL.COM (Juan). Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Pool - hat den Namen eigentlich nicht verdient, aber wer geht schon in den Pool in Buenos Aires ? Wer darauf großen Wert legt, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Ich kann das Hotel mit gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Die Lage war also zu gut, das stimmt. Der Preis auch gut, aber der Rest - mmm, nicht wirklich. Unser Zimmer war zu alt, als die Lüftung funktionierte, war es so laut, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Wir hatten sogar das Gefühl, dass es jetzt platzen und meinen Freund töten würde, der darunter schlief:) Das Frühstück - schrecklich, fast nichts. Und wir müssen erwähnen, dass unser Freundenzimmer in Ordnung war, also sollten Sie ein gutes Zimmer fordern und nach einem Wechsel fragen, wenn Sie diese auf der ältesten Etage haben. Check-in Check-out-Verfahren waren in Ordnung und insgesamt normal, aber mehr schlecht als gut.

Es ist ein großes Hotel, das sich in einer der besten und schönsten Gebiete von CABA befindet (und die Eingänge am Ufer sind sehr nahe) und ist ziemlich unschalllos. Es ist ein sehr großes und komfortabeles Hotel. Frühstück ist erfreulich. Sie liefern persönliche Geschirr und das Wi-Fi funktionierte sehr gut, so dass wir dort arbeiten können. Wenn Sie die Menge der Schüsseln (Einnahmen) in jedem Zimmer verbessern könnte, denn unser Zimmer hatte nur 1 verfügbar. Wir konnten das Fahrrad nicht nutzen, weil es leer war, als wir gingen.

Hotel mit hervorragenden Kostenvorteil. Sehr gute Lage! Durch Bewertungen auf den Hostelsites, bitten wir, nicht im 1. Stock zu bleiben und das ist der beste Tipp, den ich geben kann. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock war sehr ruhig! Ich denke, die Zimmer im ersten Stock müssen mit dem Lärm viel leiden, bieten einen einfachen Frühstück, das einen Kelch breitet.
