Cosmos Pacifico Hotel

Excellent attention and service, good food, clean and organized rooms. I went on work for 3 days and the service was very good, check-in was very quick and check-out was also quick, the Wi-Fi network was stable, I was able to work very well. thanks.

Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, y tienen buena vista desde la piscina, la atención en la recepción es pésima, no tienen agua para beber en las habitaciones, llamamos a la recepción y tampoco tenían, por otro lado, para utilizar el agua caliente nos tocó esperar del primer día 3 horas para que nos la pusieran, y al siguiente día nos tocó bañarnos con agua fría porque nunca la colocaron, llamamos a recepción repetidas veces y nadie contestaba, por último para el precio tan elevado no manejan parqueadero ni hay parqueadero cerca hecho que dificulta que las personas con carro puedan estar plenamente cómodas "Although the hotel's facilities are excellent, and they have a great view from the pool, the service at the reception is terrible. There's no drinking water in the rooms, and when we called reception, they didn't have any either. Additionally, we had to wait three hours on the first day to get hot water, and the next day we had to shower in cold water because it was never provided. We called reception repeatedly and no one answered. Lastly, for such a high price, they don't provide parking, nor is there any parking nearby, which makes it difficult for those with cars to be fully comfortable."

Tis was my second visit to the hotel, i remembre the view of the port, it was amazing during the nigth. This time I could not sleep at all, the air conditioning was noisy and smell really bad, ordered fish ceviche for dinner, it was not fresh, it was impossible to eat.

What a terrible experience, start to finish. My booking was for my wedding night. I was told this was the best hotel in town. The stay was awful at every possible level of service. 1. i reserved more than two weeks prior to the stay. I NEVER received any confirmation of my purchase 2. I sent a detailed email through the contact form on the cosmos website, asking for confirmation a) that my reservation was received, b) please could i have a nice room because it was our wedding night c) asking for confirmation that i could have flowers and a gift placed in the room (to be delivered on the day of the reservation by a florist) 3. After receiving no response for another week, i went to the hotel myself to confirm the reservation and the details. The first receptionist ignored my presence in front of her. The second receptionist was friendly and confirmed my reservation and confirmed that the room was the best available, and confirmed that they would have the flowers and gift placed in the room as long as they were delivered after 3pm. 4. The florist delivered the flowers and gave further instructions to staff that the gift and flowers should be delivered to the room 5. Upon arrival at reception, the gift and flowers were still at reception - i couldn't believe how awful the service was to be honest. The surprise for my wife was completely spoiled. 6. the room was in disrepair - nothing major but the paint was old and stained. when we looked up at the ceiling there were dirty patch marks. the screws on the vent looked stained and really old as did the light fixtures. the shower did not drain so halfway through the shower we were standing in water. there was disrepair and broken plaster behind the door jamb. the balcony was dirty and old looking. 7. we ordered room service because we missed breakfast by 30 minutes. we were told that the staff member would see if the chef would 'do us the favor' of making us an omelette 8. When we made these concerns clear to the front desk, the receptionist pouted and had a curt attitude which continued through the whole checkout Overall the experience was poor on all levels, but since it was our wedding night, it was appalling. - And what a surprise - the feedback form wouldn't send either. Like every other part of the experience it is broken.

En general todo bien. Solo habian dos cosas que no me gustaron entre ellas falta o prender extractores en el restaurante, siempre salia oliendo a comida o aceite. Las que trabajan en el reataurante muy amables igual que los de vigilancia de la entrada,

Fue una gran experiencia, habitaciones cómodas, muy limpias, todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar en cualquier cosa requerida. La cena de San Silvestre estuvo muy bien organizada, el chef se lució con el menú Felicitaciones
