I told them I was going to arrive late, But nobody was in the reception. No answer. Look at other reviews as well. Do not stay here, would father sleep on the beach.

The room was clean, had a nice view. Breakfast was very nice, and the pool was useful.

Horrible place and horrible staff. Not really worth the booking and staff was so rude. No elevator and parking was very limited. Would never go back. The front desk guys was so rude and wouldn’t even help I’m any possible way. The only good thing about it was the cleaning lady that was nice.

The address and provided map for the property was not true. The telephone number provided by ******* was not working. I have searched the area 2 hours under 38 degrees celcius to find but unfortunately i could not find it. I asked to the tourism info desk to find but it did not work, again wrong address. Finally we found but there were no Hotel name any where, Just luckly found it out. This is the worst thing ever happened in this trip.

Located off a main road, it's a bit off the beaten path. Parking is tight - if the hotel if full they have to double park - and I was unlucky and had to wait for a while until the hotel could move the car that was blocking me. My room was poorly designed. Little sound proofing from people outside. Room was dark, too dark. No windows, only a glass door to the balcony . Largish room, with little furnishing. Had sort of a kitchen - sink, hot plate and mini fridge. Bathroom was large too but also poorly designed - shower water kept running out of the shower onto the floor.... Room had a balcony but it was literally on the path to reception and the rest of the rooms - zero privacy. Also had a small pool, which was not bad. Would not return.

There are so much option near here. this hotel is bad options. Also it is far a way sumermarket and beach. we do not like this hotel. ıf you compare price and quality you will understand other choices better.

Please do not believe Booking rate or comment. They are not true. This Hotel ouner's like a mafia. They gave me room that it did not have window or balkony. They sait yours room this is. when I did not accept they did not gave my money back. They are not normal. we waited one year for this vacation but they ruined. Don't let them ruin your family vacation. Vacation is too important to be left to chance

Foi incrível a experiencia da hospedagem, a pessoa que nos atendeu foi super prestativa, atenciosa e nos ajudou muito, já que fizemos nosso check-in tardio. Só tenho a agradecer por tudo. com relação a acomodação o quarto tem um tamanho muito bom e possui uma boa cozinha com frigobar e utensílios domésticos. A cama é bem confortável e tem ar condicionado.

Hotel a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare e 20 dalla Ciutadella di Budva in zona piena di negozi e market, ma difficile da trovare perchè ubicato in una stradina laterale secondaria ed è privo di insegna. Parcheggio piccolo e con disponibilità di posti limitata (occorre lasciare le chiavi dell'auto alla reception perchè devono continuamente spostare le auto per farle entrare ed uscire giocando a tetris). La nostra camera era ubicata al 5 piano senza ascensore ed era mansardata. Essendo minuscola il condizionatore d'aria era di fianco al letto sopra al comodino e fuori dal terrazino era impossibile andarci perchè c'era il motore del condizionatore che sparava aria calda altezza caviglie. Pulizia da rivedere. Colazione immangiabile, poco varia, con prodotti stantii e addirittura ammuffiti. Piscina minuscola con acqua verde, più uso stagno che per farsi il bagno... Unico nota positiva la gentilezza e disponibilità del ragazzo tuttofare della reception. Insomma brutta esperienza, ma per fortuna ci siamo stati solo una notte!
