Obwohl das Zimmer klein ist, verfügt es über alles, was Sie brauchen, und ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal am Schalter ist sehr nett und kann sich sehr gut auf Englisch verständigen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flussufers und in der Nähe gibt es belebte Orte. Es ist sehr praktisch zum Essen und Einkaufen.

Enough for use with good location. We arrived early and the staff packed the room and let us check in and store luggage there. They are friendly overall. However, it may be a bit difficult to communicate in English that day with the staff.

優點1，位置特別是市中心，非常方便，周圍有2條地鐵，多個公交車，步行去河邊，輪渡碼頭；周圍很多好吃的，還有lidl aldi這種超市～ps lidl的麪包蠻好吃的 優點2，我遇到的工作人員特別特別nice，非常友好，健談，説英語 缺點沒有電梯，需要自己拿行李上樓 這就是個樸素的普通小旅店，是物有所值的

La habitación perfecta. Grande, con colchones cómodos y muy limpia. Desayuno limitado, pero aceptable.

ウィーン西駅から徒歩3分、地下鉄、トラムの駅も近く観光スポットへのアクセスは非常にいい。部屋の設備は一般であるが、洗面台の栓が故障していて、開かず水が流れなかった。フロントにクレームをしたらすぐに対応してくれたが、結局直らなかった。

下午六點去入住，還被告知沒房，又等了一小時才辦理入住，當被問起早上十點就退房，到下午六點，八個小時的時間打掃房間還不夠嗎，前台男士回答，你是來投訴的嗎？OK，那就投訴吧

모두 좋은데 샴푸. 비누. 커피포트가 없어요 귀여운건 필기구가 몽땅연필. 깨끗해요 아침 조식도 청결하고 간소하면서도 좋아요 1층에 레스토랑이 있는데 친절하고 좋아요

Hotel is basic but good enough for a short city break. We had one of the older rooms but it was comfy enough. The room was clean and very spacious for 3 people and plenty of storage space, it also has air conditioning.It was very basic but you’re not in your room that much when on a city break so that didn’t bother us. The bathroom however was poor, the shower was quite mouldy and the water leaked onto the bathroom floor. On the other hand the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel does have a luggage store, however be warned it is not actually in this hotel, it is in their sister hotel a short walk away (still better than not having one at all though so still handy).

We stayed Friday to Monday on a city break booked through Jet2. The hotel is very basic but it serves exactly what you need, a bed to rest your exhausted feet and an OK breakfast. Receptionists were friendly and greeted you every time you passed through. The location was the real selling point though. It is right in the middle of a hub of bars, shops, restaurants and cafe's, yet is set back enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of it. 5 minute walk to the river and right next to a Lidl for any supplies needed. We were in room 116 on the first floor. Newly renovated to a good standard. Huge comfy bed and more than enough space for two. The showers were very small and there was no kettle to make a drink but these can be over looked. The air con also wasn't working but luckily it wasn't too hot while we were there but it would be very unpleasant if the temperature was higher. The one thing that did spoil it a little was the fact there was no view. There was a green film covering the window which when opened looked out onto concrete and the AC units. We were notified of this on arrival and told that this was the quieter side of the hotel (The other side over looked a busy Irish bar and I could imagine that gets very rowdy of a night) so may have been the best option available. I can only comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat there in the evening. Breakfast was a selection of cold deli meats, cheese, fresh warm bread and pastries. There were also scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages, beans and french toast. Fruit, cereals and jams were also available and topped up when needed. Plus ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA!!! Which was much needed as I forgot to take my teabags and couldn't find anywhere that sold a good cuppa. Would I stay here again? Yes I probably as the location was amazing. And lets face it, no one comes to Budapest for the hotel!

We stayed 1st floor room 115 And it was a corner room with high ceilings , it’s a updated room with all new decor, very clean and reception more than helpful to accommodate any request. Breakfast was ok not much selection but enough to get you started on your day

The hotel is situated very central to all important spots. We got one of the older rooms, but it was big and spacious. The hotel is a bit worn down and needs renovation. Greg at the reception was very kind and gave a very good service. There is no elevator. We did not realize before arriving. The breakfast was ok with bread, toast, croissants, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, Müsli, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, jam and sweets. The lady in the breakfast room was very rude. We loved our stay.

Good location and great staff, always willing to help. It's an old, tired hotel, without lift, so get ready to carry your luggage upstairs. Some old rooms (economy) are quite large, the renewed rooms (standard) even though look nicer are way smaller. Shower is tiny, you can barely wash yourself without hitting the walls. Breakfast is not a good value at 12 Euro, you can get way better breaky buffets in nearby hotels for 14 Euro.

City Hotel Pilvax is in a lovely central area, near bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. Good public transport links nearby. Clean room, shower was a little bit small so not ideal for plus size travellers. No lift so getting baggage upstairs is difficult.
