K46 Residence

Great location. Walkable to many sightseeing destinations within 15-20 minutes very spacious with reception desk and elevator. Quiet yet a block away from street full of bars and restaurants. Had the executive suite which did have upper level spiral stairs. Great for group.

We stayed here during the F1 in Hungary and getting to and from the track from this hotel was easy it’s located in a great place around some little shops and plenty of places to eat the room was immaculate and has everything you could need. Would recommend.

Basic residence. We stayed in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment. The apartment had a balcony looking out on the courtyard. There was a kitchen with oven, microwave, electric stove, crockery and a dishwasher (that smelt like something had died in it). There was just enough space for 6 of us to sit comfortably in the lounge. You are expected to take the rubbish out yourself and to trek through different buildings to find the bins in an underground carpark. No new bin bags are provided and if you ask reception this is an extra charge. The bedrooms are very small and there is no headboard unless you move the beds around (if you do this its very difficult to get in and out of the room) so your pillow will just fall off the bed. The bathrooms are a bit problematic and get water all over the floor as there is only a half shower door so be prepared to mop the floor after each use. Overall shower pressure is good and your are given some shampoo/soap. Staff were not very helpful and rude. When we requested extra towels we were told it was an extra 3 euro per towel. Each guest is provided with one towel and then there is one hand towel in the bathroom which everyone is expected to share. Over the weekend the other guests were very loud in the courtyards at all times of the night and we were woken multiple times during the night from shouting and loud music. After the weekend when the "revellers" had gone home it was much quieter but I would say that if you are visiting for a weekend and want a peaceful night this is not the place to stay. The apartments seemed to attract lots of Stag parties. Overall this was definitely an ok place to say but definitely take into account the noise at night and that you will be charged for absolutely anything extra.

Having read the reviews we decided on these apartments. They are excellent value for money, safe, clean, perfectly located, well attended with 24hr reception. We stayed over Easter as a family three nights in total. We had noisy neighbours on two out of three nights. A 3am party below and an 11pm party to our left. We did not complain, I left the toilet fan on to drown out the noise but this would be horrendous in summertime with the balcony doors open. So I would not recommend if you have a young family. Other than that everything was perfect.

The company cancelled the booking 1 day before we were due to arrive. Also, shortly after we booked their systems were hacked, so we received a fraudulent request for payment. Luckily we were suspicious, so we queried it. No proper apologies, explanations for either

Great location really near to the Opera, but also just few steps and you can find the best restaurants and bars. The staff is helpful and very kind. The hotel is clean and very well equipped even for longer stays as well. The underground parking is good option to people arriving with car as we made.
