I travel quite a lot and can compare the services in this Arezzo 4 star hotel and others in the country: the plus: - futuristic and pure look and decoration. - a warm welcoming and helpfull staff available all the time. - a lot of Tesla superchargers the minus: - lots of stuff missing in the room to be rated as a four star : no slippers, no coffee or tea set, no vanity set in the bath room ( barely a single soap..), en empty minibar, no paper and pencils to take notes, no handkerchief , old and dirty carpet, a TV with less than 15 channels and only one in french and one in english, The breakfast is minimal and for 35€ you expect much more variety and quality food. And yesterday a diesel power generator ran all night, the people in the next room had a dog ( they accept animals in this hotel??) barking all night long. I attach pictures to illustrate all of this.

sehr angenehmes Hotel. Sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Private Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenfrei. Lage etwas ausserhalb aber mit dem Auto optimal gelegen. Diese letzte Zeile nur um die mindestvorgabe an Buchstaben zu erfüllen aber das Hotel ist Top.

My mother and I booked a room the day before and drove from Lucca to Arezzo. We ate dinner at the hotel and also had breakfast the following morning. Both were buffets and had a great selection. I was very impressed with the wait staff - they were so attentive and nice to all the diners. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly as well. We booked a standard room with 2 beds and it was fine. The shower was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel was easy to find (not always the case in Italy)

Wir blieben so, dass wir den Palio besuchen konnten, der von dem Hotel arrangiert wurde. Das Hotel und die Grundstücke sind so attraktiv und Zimmer ausgezeichnet. Wir blieben im alten Teil. Der Palio wurde kurzfristig aufgrund des Regens abgesagt, aber das Hotel gab uns ein kostenloses Zimmer und ordnete uns, aus dem gleichen Fenster zu sehen, um den Rennenspur an dem nächsten Tag zu sehen. Personal konnte nicht genug tun. Ein paar seltsame Dinge, wenn Sie so viel für ein Zimmer bezahlt haben, zahlen sie 10 Euro für ein gefriergetrocknetes Ei. Frühstück ist gut, aber nie musste für ein gefriergetrocknetes Ei bezahlen. Sie haben auch einen hervorragenden Spa mit Salzpool und Innenpool mit Jets etc. Aber einige Tage wollten sie 40 Euro zahlen, um zu verwenden. Das meinte man, wir sahen nur 2 andere Menschen in dem ganzen Aufenthalt. Eine kleine Flasche Bier war 16 Euro. Es ist nicht so viel Kosten, sondern die Mühe, nicht zu wissen, was enthalten ist und was Sie zu signieren haben. Ich erwähne das, weil es einige Leute irren könnte. Aber wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt und können ihnen nicht genug danken.
