Water from spigot on kitchen sink goes through a reverse osmosis filters to produce excellent drinking water. UPDATE: Sadly Inks Lake has been invaded by zebra mussels. We have invested a large amount of resources to insure continuous and safe delivery of water to the house and the lawn. This is an ongoing battle for all lake owners and will be for some time. Because of this it is imperative that you swim with water shoes. We are doing our best to minimize the impact of the zebra mussels around the dock and the swimming areas. The safest place to swim is on the left side of the dock as you face the lake. We will be putting down water blankets again this year to fight off weeds, algae, and the zebra mussels in these areas.
