Reserved a room here with Booking.com. Found out at check-out that the ”Total Price” that Booking.com quoted did not include taxes. Hmm....what does total mean? Other than that, the hotel itself doesn't normally provide wash cloths. We were lucky that our maid was able to find a couple. If you want a towel for the pool and the towel girl is busy giving a massage, you will have to track down a restaurant employee at the rooftop bar who will then find a towel for you. The fabric from one of the umbrellas over the poolside tables had partially blown off and remained like that exposing the metal ribs. It's a wonder that the wind did not lift it off completely and deposit it on the street 12 stories below. This condition remained like this for the remainder of our stay. All things considered, it is an older 3.5 star hotel. I would look for another place to stay if in the area again.

Sehr selten, um eine solche Eigenschaft in der ältesten Stadt Kolumbiens zu finden. La Triada kann unbestreitbar empfohlen werden, jemand, der in diesem Teil von Bucamaranga sein möchte oder muss. Zimmer (#706) waren unschädlich, gut groß, ruhig, ohne Straßenlärm und komfortabel. Der einzelne Aufzug, obwohl klein, war sehr schnell. Gemeinsame Bereiche sind hell, sauber und offen. Der Stil ist kein neues Hotel, sondern eher traditionelles ohne Status. Das bemerkenswerteste ist jedoch das Restaurant, wo der für den Abendessensservice verantwortliche Person (7pm-9:30) ein wirklicher Profi ist. Alles kann aus dem Menü in vollem Vertrauen bestellt werden. Wir haben in Cabecer Hotels, die Dann Carlton, Hampton und bevorzugt La Triada vor allen anderen. Obwohl das Personal zum Teil Englisch spricht, sind sie sonst schuldlos.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch a plane the next day, so I didn't have too much expectation. However, it is a comfortable and quiet place even though it is on a busy street and with a lot of guests during the Holy Week. The room has a big space for me to put my luggage and move around (ususally it is placed with unnecessary furniture). It doesn't use carpet which I feel very clean and fresh. Staff are very lovely and helpful, which excess the 3.5 hotel service. 2 things I would like to mention for improvement. The breakfast seating was a little chaotic. When I went back to my table after taking some more food, someone took over my table already. I think Hilton should be experience enough to have system to avoid it. Another thing is the hot chocolate. I ordered one cup at night in the restaurant. It was tasteless. I mean, it was a little sweet, thick and brown, that's it. There's no taste of chocolate at all. Next morning, I found that it's same as the one in the free breakfast. Shouldn't a better quality can be served for a cup of 6,000 cop hot chocolate in Hilton? Especially in Colombia where you can get good hot chocolate in local cafes. Anyways, it's a great stay, Breakfast area is small but it has a lot of choices and the food is fresh and delicious. Everywhere is super clean. There are also many restaurants around and it's easy to get food at night.

Reservieren Sie den Weg TRIP.COM und ich habe 2 Nächte gebucht, die, als ich um Mitternacht ins Hotel kam, wieder gezwungen wurde, zu stornieren, weil die Plattform sie nicht gebucht hatte. Obwohl sie Informationen über die Buchung hatten und in diesem Fall die Nummer der Buchung desselben Hotels mit mir, aber die Überweisung der Kreditkarte, war die Beschwerde bei den Menschen auf dem Desk fast unmöglich. Ich halte es für nicht für die Verantwortung des Gastes, die Plattformen zu betreiben und zu betreiben, also wenn Sie keine Kopfschmerzen wollen, dann NICHT EIN WAHLSCHELL FÜR WEBBENNUNG. Es ist wichtig zu bemerken, dass ich nach fast 2 Stunden Beschwerde (mitten in der Nacht, als ich ankam) vor dem Ausscheiden aus dem Zahlungsverkehr eine Warnung über die Zahlung eingegeben habe, wenn, Ich wurde vielleicht zu einem der schlimmsten Zimmer des Hotels (was ich mit den Mukamen überprüft) die 413, wegen Strafe???? wegen Forderungen, die ich für gerecht halten??? Schließlich ist es wirklich schade für die Hotelkette, dass diese Dinge passieren .....
