I had a highly disappointing stay at Numa LIEF in Brussels, and I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. During my stay, four packages from Amazon were delivered to the hotel, but I never received them. Amazon confirmed that the packages were accepted by the hotel staff. Several days after I checked out, the hotel emailed me to say they had my package. I asked them to send it to me, which took a month to arrive, and only one of the four items was included. On top of that, I had to pay 300 shekels for the delivery! The customer service was atrocious. When I complained about not receiving all my packages despite being told they had sent them, they responded by providing an old tracking link for the package I had already received. Additionally, the room I was given initially had a terrible odor, and I had to request a room change. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The combination of poor customer service, lack of accountability, and low standards of cleanliness made for an extremely unpleasant experience.
