I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times on a family road trip. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean. The hot breakfast doesn’t accommodate allergy needs but it is fine for the rest of my family. You won’t go wrong with a stay here.

Clean, comfortable, and we felt safe inside. The back lobby door was messed up and would not latch on its own. I made sure to pull it closed, but I found it unsecured each time I came in. There wasn’t much parking out front, and I wish the back parking lot felt more lit. We arrived after dark. Check in was very easy and the night desk clerk was friendly. We had to leave the next morning at 6:45 before breakfast was officially open. We tried to let our daughter grab a muffin for the road but the desk clerk told us not to touch the breakfast until it was set up. Not a bad layover stay on the way to our next destination, but next time I’d either pick a different place or stay at one of the other Fairfield Inns I’ve visited in nearby cities. I understand the need to have a set time to open breakfast, but it left a bad impression on me on the way out. I still left 4 stars for the rest of the stay. Just wish the customer service on the way out was a little better.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. The room is always clean and comfortable. Yes, the room could use some updating, but not in a tired state. The bed is a higher than normal but closer to what we have at home. It was very comfortable and we slept well. A walk in shower is nice with wall mounted toiletries. The breakfast was very good. Good parking. The property is close to I-95 but far enough to avoid the noise. Plenty of restaurants close by.m

Hospitality was great entering the premises. Greeted with the time of the day and asked if I had reservations or not. Informed the young Lady that I did have reservations and she looked me up and took payment procedure for the room and it took all of 10 mins. All while explaining about breakfast and other amenities they had to offer. Again awesome experience and I do recommend a stay here!! Thank U all for making my stay wonderful!!!

No daily room service unless you ask for it at the front desk. For the price, daily clean towels and trash taken out should be automatic!!!!!

Worst front desk service I've ever had. Arrived at 11 pm with 2 sleeping children and a confirmed reservation to be told there were no rooms. Front desk agent flatly refused to help us find a room elsewhere.

Is a decent property for a Fairfield Inn. Got a room with two queens and a sofa (larger quest room option). Nicer layout than the standard queens with a sofa such as one would expect at a Springhill Suites for instance. Clean safe hotel.

Good location, plenty around. Great staff and one of the cleanest rooms Ive been to in a while. Having had a bad experience at another brand hotel, we do a thorough check of the bed, carpet and bathroom. Everything was spotless. The space between the mattress and boxspring was pristine, not a speck of anything which was quite surprising. I find breakfast at most Marriotts seriously lacking these days, so that's the only improvement I see needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
