Großer Ort zum Aufenthalt ... war für eine Nacht und war erstaunt, wie gut ich behandelt wurde.. Ich blieb in einer 4-Sterne in San Antonio die Nacht vor und wurde nicht wie ich hier war in der Staybridge begrüßt!!! Es wurde Kaffee und Snacks angeboten, bevor ich ins Zimmer ging ... Mehrwertsteuer-Zimmer war sehr komfortabel.. Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine Vielzahl von heißen und kalten Auswahlen ... Wenn jemand um ein bestimmtes Essen ... Es wäre für alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten ... Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.. Ich bin eine ältere einzelne Frau und ich fühlte mich sehr sicher hier ... so dass es ein großer Plus für mich ... Gefühl sicher ...

Das Zimmer ist sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, insbesondere der Service auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut, geduldig professionell und rechtzeitig effizient! Der Pool ist großartig!

Das ist ein ziemlich neues Hotel. Gebaut 2018 oder 2019. Ich blieb dort in der ersten Woche, die sie eröffneten. Es ist immer noch und tolle Bedingungen. Personal ist nett. Zimmer sind ziemlich groß und sehr gut Dusche. Frühstück ist nicht top, aber gut genug. Sie haben kein Restaurant und die Bar ist ziemlich klein

Wir blieben hier eine Nacht. Der Manager gab uns eine kostenlose Upgrade in eine Suite mit einem Jacuzzi! Das Zimmer war groß. Ich konnte direkt vor meinem Zimmer parken. Der Manager sagte, er würde uns zerstören, und lassen Sie uns um 2 Uhr kostenlos aussehen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut, aber grünes Tee wäre schön. Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfohlen. Sie können nicht falsch gehen, vielleicht gut.

Meine Familie und ich haben hier 10+ Jahre geblieben und wir kommen immer wieder zurück. Wir gingen 2020 und jetzt wieder August 2022 - sie haben vor kurzem einige Verbesserungen an die Badezimmer und Böden (dk wenn es in allen Zimmern ist). Es ist immer sauber, aber ich habe einen Stern entnommen, weil ich glaube, sie haben die Blätter nicht in der Couch-out-Suppe geändert. Es ist auch in einer guten Lage, und manchmal würde meine Schwester und ich durch die Straße zu der Gasstation für Snacks gehen. Und das Zusatz Frühstück ist auch ziemlich gut und anders (Tortillas, Eier, Bohnen, etc.). Insgesamt empfehle ich sehr. Es ist ein sauberes Hotel und obwohl die Preise etwas spät drastisch angestiegen sind, werde ich versuchen, hier immer wieder zu bleiben.

You MUST read this before you choose to stay. Down below, you will find the owner REAL response to me. The lady (young Indian woman) at the front desk was extremely rude to me from the moment I checked in. She snatched my ID from my hand, shoved my receipt at me, and was generally cold and rude. We paid $105, or something close to that, for out stay. We were promised basic amenities that we did not receive. Upon arriving, we found the door handle was physically broken. It took us several minutes of messing with the handle before we got access. When we entered, I realized we had a smoking room. I have a sensitivity to smoke, so I called the office and asked for another room. The rude lady just told me there were no other rooms available. I checked online and it showed there were still other rooms available. I checked my reservation and it did say smoking so I must have messed up. It was my fault. So I accepted the room. I spent my time and slept in the room with a face mask. About 20 minutes in we discovered that the refrigerator didn’t work. We checked power at the wall, the knobs, all was good. Refrigerator was just not working. I called the office, the lady said that maintenance was not available and that, once again, there was no other rooms to move to. No solution offered. I called again to report that the floors were sticky. We were told that it was normal because of the humidity. We then called back to the office to let them know the towels in the restroom were damp and that the AC was turning off (all lights would turn off for 2 or 3 seconds) before turning back on. It was as if it was shorting out. This was happening every half hour or so. She informed me that someone would bring me towels and that maintenance is not there. She again offered me no solutions. We ended up sleeping in about 80-85 degree temperatures. We waited an hour, no towels. Luckily my wife had a beach towel and we chose to just share it. Upon turning on the shower, the handle tell off, exposing either mold behind the knob. We informed the front office every time we found a new issue, and every time we were given no solutions. It was 10am, I asked for some sort of compensation for my issues. I was told they don’t offer refunds or compensation. Absolute worst stay I’ve ever had. Edit: owners REAL RESPONSE. When I submitted my review, I also reviewed the hotel on Priceline and emailed their corporate. The owner wanted me to call him to “work it out” when I spoke with Mr. Patel the 1st time, he hasn’t found out about the Priceline review or the email to corporate yet. He systematically went through each of my concerns and said I must be lying. He also informed me that the other people working there that was rude was his family. I don’t know why the young woman was but the older woman wa
