Original room they gave us hadn't even been cleaned yet and it was completely trashed when we opened the door into the room. We told the front desk, they came to look at it and was confused. They put us in another room but it smelled heavily of cigarettes, eventhough it was a no smoking room. They put us in a different room and we later in the night learned the air conditioner barely blew cold air, so it was quite a humid night in that room. Sinks had huge cracks in them, toilet rocked, brown stains on bathtub, sticky carpet (we kept our shoes on entire time in the room), barely any bath towels, no microwave in the room, broken furniture in the room, trash on the carpet out in the hallway, lots of random people loitering the front entrance and parking lot most of the time. Do NOT use this place at all!!

Staff at front desk was nice enough, and I thought this was a good enough value to stay further from downtown since it says it's a new building but geez, how about a little soundproofing? You can clearly hear the neighbors TV (and they aren't trying to be obnoxious). I had to check the window to see if it was open as the geese outside sounded, well, like the windows were open. The rooms design is plain and unattractive. Overall, disappointing. The parking is free and so is breakfast.

Qualität in Namen, aber nicht in der Natur hätte es besser gewesen sein können, wenn das Personal ein wenig freundlicher, hilfreich oder freundlich, Es war nicht viel, dass im Ort funktioniert der TV, ATM, Waschmaschine, Zimmer Kaffeemaschine nicht alle funktionieren. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht daran interessiert, zu helfen oder etwas zu beheben. Sie waren sogar ungern, einen Kaffee zu machen. Die Zimmer wurden nicht sehr gut serviert, weil grundlegende Artikel wie Shampoo und Seife nicht in meinem Zimmer gefunden wurden. Das Zimmer war krank und schmutzig. Das Zimmer war in scharf form und brauchte eine Schüssel von Farbe. Das Frühstück war nicht Arbeit, es war besser ohne zu tun.

I've stayed at a variety of hotels, but most of them have poor customer service after one or two day period. However, in extended stay, it was lot different and beyond my expectations. I never lose the first attention, nice approaches, and customer service. And I'd want to thank Ms.Evette for this kind of treatment. She constantly welcomed visitors, asked for whatever we needed, and treated us as if it were the first time.

Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Best Western Brooklyn Center Hotel! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und reaktiv, machte eine Brise einchecken. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, perfekt für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist bequem, nahe an lokalen Attraktionen. Zum Preis übersteigt sie meine Erwartungen. Hoch empfohlen für Budget-Reisende!

Das Motel ist eine Art Absturz. Der Warmrohr war nicht in Betrieb, während wir da waren. Viele der Fenster hatten Probleme mit Kondensation zwischen den Glasflächen. Das Frühstück war nicht gut gespeichert. Es war enttäuschend, als wir hungerten.
