I arrived early and they were able to find me a room that was available which was very nice. As a Globalist they offered a 4 pm checkout and free breakfast. Got a nice room facing the Charles River. A pleasant stay and very convenient to MIT. Also nice that they now have a shuttle that will take you to Kendall, Central or Harvard Square.

Ich habe dieses Hotel durch die Bonvoi-App ausgewählt, die den von mir gewünschten Kriterien entspricht. Ich konnte nicht zum Hotel bis um 1700 Uhr nachmittags. Ich nahm meine Ehefrau vom Flughafen und wir beschlossen, sie auf dem Weg zum Krankenhaus auf der Mautstraße zu überprüfen. Ich habe bemerkt, dass das Hotel schwer zu betreten war und es dauerte ein wenig Konzentration, um den vorderen Eingang des Hotels zu finden, da es oben auf der Maut 90 sitzt. Es waren zwei behinderte Parkplätze zur Verfügung am Check-in-Lot. Es gibt eine bezahlte Parkplatzgarage an das Hotel angeschlossen und an der Fronteinfahrt des Hotels angrenzend. Die Parkplatzgarage verfügt über weniger beeinträchtigte Parkplätze und auch regelmäßige Parkplätze. Die Bereiche sind nicht gut für große LKW oder RVs. Der Eingang war gelegen und ich parkierte und wir gingen ins Hotel. Wir gingen zum Vorderbüro und eine Frau, die uns nicht begrüßte, sagte nicht hallo, noch sagte sie willkommen zum Hotel. Der Arbeiter sagte: ”Gib mir dein ID”. Meine Frau stand da neben mir und ich sah, ob es jemand anderes gibt, den wir vor oder in der Linie gestiegen hatten. Es gab niemand außer uns. Meine Frau sagte, was sie sagte? Ist das der Scheck in der Tisch? Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass dies die Kontrolle im Fenster ist, richtig? Was geschah zum Lächeln, guten Nachmittag, willkommen in Sheraton, oder nur hallo. WÜRDIG meine Identifizierung beim Eintritt in das Gebäude war definitiv nicht angemessen. My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for about a week during which time we were accused of smoking on the premises when neither my wife or I smoke first it went from the alarm went off to housekeeping and staff walked by and smells a strong odor coming from the room to then it be a supervisor walking by and smelling a strong odor and then when we finally said, please come in because we don’t smoke and they saw that we had the window open. It turned into all we had a security guard that walked by and Shasha buddy, hanging out the window and smoking if which, if that was the case I’m sure they would have led with that rather than give us the eight other excuses first , furthermore, if Security actually saw somebody hanging out the window smoking, I’m sure we would’ve gotten an immediate phone call from the front desk regarding the danger of somebody hanging out the window and the fact that they don’t allow smoking on the premises. It is my opinion as my wife’s as well with the only reason that they continuously said these things was to try and get us to leave early so that they could rent the room out to somebody at full price because we were getting the room at a discounted rate. Disappointing to be treated like you’re less of a customer because you use one of these third-party applications the gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable. However, everybody else is there was extraordinarily disrespectful as a complete and utter opposite.

Als Reisekrankenschwester benötigen wir eine gute, ausgedehnte Aufenthaltsstelle. In Waltham direkt von 95, dieses ruhige Hotel verfügt über freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und liegt 20 Minuten von allem, was Sie brauchen. Die Hausaufbewahrung war gründlich und punktuell, alle Geräte funktionierten wie vorgesehen (wenn mein Küchenlicht blowte, sie hatten es geregelt, bevor ich aus der Arbeit zurückkam,) und sie sind in der Lage, alle immobilienbezogenen Fragen zu beheben, die auftreten. Insgesamt blieb ich 9 Monate, und wenn ich es hätte, würde ich noch 9 Monate bleiben.

Hotel was so clean and the rooms were great with comfy beds. The breakfast was also perfect for a hotel serve yourself

The good: Room was reasonably clean and the beds were satisfactory and the front desk staff were very nice. However overall the room was in poor repair and the sink and closet areas were tiny (see photo) and absolutely unacceptable for a room with even 1 guest let alone the 4 it could legally house. The sink area had no room for toiletries so fixing hair and makeup had to occur at the weird desk area with a hand mirror and horrible lighting as there was no mirror at all in the bedroom area. The sink and closet were a fraction of the size shown in the website pictures. Our luggage had to stay in the room floor because there was no way it fit in the closet. Electrical outlets over the only bedside table (between the double beds) were so loose they wouldn’t hold the plugs in place to our CPAPs so we had to run the cords across the mattress behind the pillows from wall plugs on the opposite side of the bed. The hang up button on the phone is broken and stuck all the way down so when we needed to use the room phone we had to pry it up with a nail file to get dial tone. The shower curtain isn’t wide enough to cover the entire shower and kept sagging in the middle causing water in the floor. The towels were incredibly thin and rough as if they were line dried. And the biggest annoyance of all is we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times while we were there because according to three different front desk members the keys become deprogrammed if they are placed by a cell phone or other electronic device. We’ve used lots of electronic keys and never had to be sure to segregate our key cards from anything. If the management saw how many people we ran into over the weekend who were annoyed by being unable to get in the rear door or their rooms they would fix that immediately. We were there for a wedding weekend and supposedly got a better block room rate than normal but family who stayed at a nearby Holiday Inn Express had MUCH better rooms, free breakfast, free parking and their rate was significantly less. I am a long time Marriott traveler but would have moved to a different hotel had we been staying for more than 3 days. I keep reading they are going to renovate but I saw no signs of that on the side of the hotel we stayed on although they did appear to be working on a drainage issue in the back.
