We were moving our daughter into college nearby - she and her dad drove xcountry with her car and we needed a place to park a car while we were here that was easier to access than her campus parking. The people complaining about the parking clearly have not paid the parking fee at the larger hotels in the city. $9 is a bargain and the reason we chose this place. We also appreciated the very reasonable room rate and location in a leafy neighborhood walking distance to some of our favorite places and our daughters dorm. It is not fancy, the furnishings are dated, linens just ok, in room bathrooms adequate but tiny, very little space for clothes and the breakfast is nothing to write home about. On the plus it is clean and the location is great. The value for money in Boston is hard to beat. If you need more modern updated accommodations without the quirks of an old home you will pay a lot more. Honestly, some of the higher end places we stayed had similar issues due to age but had just put a prettier cover on top and charged several times more. We would definitely stay again for visits to see our daughter. Very responsive and nice staff. We made a request to move to a room with a king bed our third night when it became available and they had no problem accommodating our request.

Wie andere Kommentare bemerkten, es ist schwer, ohne Hebezeuge das Gepäck zum vierten Stock zu bringen, aber es gibt kein Problem, weil ich das bereits erinnere. Ich danke dem Besitzer für die gute Absicht. Wenn ich wieder nach Boston gehe, möchte ich hier bleiben.

Mit den Kindern, um die Harvard-Aktivitäten zu begleiten, hat der Ausschuss dieses Hotel festgelegt. Glücklicherweise ist das Hotel relativ neu und gehört zu kleinen und exquisiten. Ich habe 6 Nächte gelebt, um jeden Tag früh zu sein und mich selbst in den Attraktionen des Hotels und Boston zu bewegen. Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit von Cambridge und Newbury entfernt. Valet Parkplatz am 45. Tag, das Frühstück ist sehr üblich, der Personalservice ist gut, das Zimmer ist ein zweiter Tag zu schwimmen, der größte Nachteil ist, dass die Hitze zu hoch ist, so dass ich in der Regel fünf Minuten geschlossen habe und die Temperatur auch reicht.

Trotz der Badezimmer und Toiletten im Halle waren sie sauber und organisiert und bequem. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz für das Netzwerk am Grünbuch ist wahrscheinlich das versteckte Geschirr. Für den Preis, den Sie zahlen, waren die Zimmer und Komfort und Komfort unschlagbar.

Als Reisekrankenschwester benötigen wir eine gute, ausgedehnte Aufenthaltsstelle. In Waltham direkt von 95, dieses ruhige Hotel verfügt über freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und liegt 20 Minuten von allem, was Sie brauchen. Die Hausaufbewahrung war gründlich und punktuell, alle Geräte funktionierten wie vorgesehen (wenn mein Küchenlicht blowte, sie hatten es geregelt, bevor ich aus der Arbeit zurückkam,) und sie sind in der Lage, alle immobilienbezogenen Fragen zu beheben, die auftreten. Insgesamt blieb ich 9 Monate, und wenn ich es hätte, würde ich noch 9 Monate bleiben.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Zimmer, große Badezimmer, großes Treffenraum-Catering. Meine einzige Beschwerde war, dass ich einen Abend spät herabgekommen bin, um frische Handtücher für mein Zimmer zu bekommen, und die Vordertafel-Assoziierte russierte ihre Augen und schüttete, weil die Hausaufbewahrung bereits geschlossen war und sie nach Handtüchern suchen müsste. Ein anderer Partner kam gleichzeitig vorne und ich glaube, sie sah ihre Reaktion und wollte sie für mich nehmen. Ich war schockiert und durch dieses Verhalten gefehlt, aber ich habe nichts gesagt, weil der andere Associate oben und darüber ging, um zu heilen. Da die Hausaufbewahrung jetzt nur auf Anfrage kommt und einige von uns noch immer darin erfahren, dass Sie vielleicht extra Toiletten und Handtücher irgendwo auf dem Vordertisch lassen möchten, so dass das Personal nicht zu weit gehen muss, um sie für die Gäste in Not zu finden - und vor allem - nicht durch eine solche einfache Anfrage geirrt werden.

The good: Room was reasonably clean and the beds were satisfactory and the front desk staff were very nice. However overall the room was in poor repair and the sink and closet areas were tiny (see photo) and absolutely unacceptable for a room with even 1 guest let alone the 4 it could legally house. The sink area had no room for toiletries so fixing hair and makeup had to occur at the weird desk area with a hand mirror and horrible lighting as there was no mirror at all in the bedroom area. The sink and closet were a fraction of the size shown in the website pictures. Our luggage had to stay in the room floor because there was no way it fit in the closet. Electrical outlets over the only bedside table (between the double beds) were so loose they wouldn’t hold the plugs in place to our CPAPs so we had to run the cords across the mattress behind the pillows from wall plugs on the opposite side of the bed. The hang up button on the phone is broken and stuck all the way down so when we needed to use the room phone we had to pry it up with a nail file to get dial tone. The shower curtain isn’t wide enough to cover the entire shower and kept sagging in the middle causing water in the floor. The towels were incredibly thin and rough as if they were line dried. And the biggest annoyance of all is we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times while we were there because according to three different front desk members the keys become deprogrammed if they are placed by a cell phone or other electronic device. We’ve used lots of electronic keys and never had to be sure to segregate our key cards from anything. If the management saw how many people we ran into over the weekend who were annoyed by being unable to get in the rear door or their rooms they would fix that immediately. We were there for a wedding weekend and supposedly got a better block room rate than normal but family who stayed at a nearby Holiday Inn Express had MUCH better rooms, free breakfast, free parking and their rate was significantly less. I am a long time Marriott traveler but would have moved to a different hotel had we been staying for more than 3 days. I keep reading they are going to renovate but I saw no signs of that on the side of the hotel we stayed on although they did appear to be working on a drainage issue in the back.
