Ibis Styles Lyon Bron Eurexpo

The identity of the hotel is a little confusing; there is at least one other “ Ibis” very nearby, and the hotel entrance and reception is prominently headed “ NOVOTEL” with “ Ibis Styles” in smaller lettering,without any distinguishing logo, beneath, The Novotel reception and restaurant are modern and attractive.The receptionist gives directions to the “Ibis” and makes it clear that the Ibis breakfast is in the Ibis section, not the Novotel restaurant.After walking the length of a smart Novotel corridor,the era of woodchip paper,painted over in basic bright colours ,is reached in the” Ibis”. Having just come from three ( 3 and 4 star) hotels in Rome and north Italy ,I thought the Ibis expensive for the room facilities offered.There was no fridge or hot drink facilites;not even a bottle of water.The bathroom had a basic doorless shower,only one towel per person,and not even a toilet brush.The firm bed would have been comfortable without the pointless soft foam mattress topper,which caused it to feel excessively hot.Only being early May, the airconditioning was not functional,and the busy road discouraged having the windows open.The space between the outer plastic window frame, and the inner wooden one, had many cobwebs. To mention a positive aspect,we had a good meal at the Novotel restaurant,and breakfast in the bare Ibis breakfast room was of the usual standard.

Price very correct for a family of 4 and breakfast included. Breakfast not great (but I’m picky) but better than going on a search for a cafe in a place we don’t know with young children. Clean, no frills, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Perfect for a stop over. 24hr Check in which suited us well as we arrived at 3am!

Buon hotel provvisto di ottimo ristorante interno che per la nostra sosta dopo un lungo viaggio è stato il top, piatti molto buoni e prezzi accessibili.... La parte ibis dell' hotel carina, sicuramente rinnovata, top per i bambini visto il tema videogiochi, di contro si potrebbe fare di più la moquette datata e la stanza piccola...e la pulizia non al top. Colazione giusta con tutto il necessario

Bel hôtel, bien situé, fabuleux pour les enfants. Grande table de ping-pong et babyfoot géant dans le hall, bornes d’arcades dans les parties communes, restaurant agréable et bon, … Vous profitez de tout le confort d’un Novotel en dormant dans une chambre ibis style. Une belle découverte que je conseille vraiment pour une halte en famille !

Hotel poco fuori Lione ma molto vicino all’autostrada. Parcheggio gratis interno. L’hotel è in comunicazione con il Novotel. La struttura dell’hotel è buona, forse la parte Novotel è superiore ma nel nostro caso abbiamo preferito l’ibis in quanto allo stesso costo avevamo la colazione inclusa. ( tra l’altro molto buona) E comunque le zone in comune sono utilizzabili da tutti gli ospiti a parte le colazioni che si fanno in apposite zone. La nostra camera era basic ma molto confortevole e pulita. Letti comodissimi e stanza silenziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e comoda per Visitare Lione ma solo se si è in macchina. Struttura molto giovanile e ambiente informale che personalmente abbiamo molto apprezzato. È disponibile una piscina esterna che non abbiamo usufruito e un ristorante che sembrava molto buono. Non abbiamo preso nulla ma dall’aspetto e dalla moderna cucina a vista sembravano tutti piatti molto buoni. Se torniamo a Lione e se saremo in macchina torneremo sicuramente.

Molto bello l'hotel, mi è piaciuto molto lo stile Nintendo switch ed i giochi arcade. La colazione buonissima dalle crepes tipiche ai crossaint. La stanza spaziosa, pulita e i letti comodi, anche la televisione molto grande. La piscina con campo di bocce e anche asdrai è veramente stupenda.
