Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in einer tollen Lage, nahe dem schönen Park, eine Spazierweiterung zum Zentrum. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich, genossen es wirklich. Liebe mein Bett, fühlte sich wie auf einer Wolke schlafen. Die Dinge waren wirklich hilfreich und ging aus ihrem Weg, um mich willkommen zu fühlen. Besondere danke an wunderschöne Anita auf der Rezeption für ihre tolle Tipps zu was in Brno zu erkunden. 10/10 Erfahrung für jede Empfehlung, definitiv zurückkommen. The Royal Ricc is centred right in the heart of Brno just off Zelny Trh (Vegetable Market). Both cathedral and castle are within easy walking distance as is the railway station. The reception area has a fine vaulted ceiling - setting the tone of the historic rooms above. I had a spacious front facing room - with painted ceiling overlooking the street and an outside bar opposie, I was worried about street noise late at night -but the sound proofing is very effective as I heard no outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom (with bath) was great. Breakfast is standard buffet fare - more than enough to set me up for the day. Disliked · more plugs in the room, and the lighting could be better if you wanted to ead for a long time (but why would you as the city is fanastic)

Im Vergleich zu den inländischen Vier-Sterne-Zimmern sind die Zimmer einfacher, aber es gibt alles, was sauber und ruhig sein sollte. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und kann mit einheimischen fünf Sternen verglichen werden.

Perfekte Lage um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer waren modern mit guter Klimaanlage und das größte und bequemste Bett dass ich jemals in einem Hotel gefunden hab. Frühstück war ausreichend. Nicht überwältigend aber für den Start in den Tag mehr als ok. Kaution bei 3 Nächte mit über 400 Euro doch recht hoch. zu beachten wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Öffentlich Parken vor Ort war nicht möglich und die Parkpreise des Hotels sind doch relativ hoch, auch im Umfeld Zone A und B sind die Preise für Parken nicht grade billig. Am Samstag und Sonntag ist Parken in Zone B aber kostenlos, das hat für uns das Problem zufriedenstellend gelöst. An und für sich ein sehr schönes Hotel dass seinen Sternen durchaus gerecht wird.

Großer Ort, um auf Ihrem Weg zu bleiben oder ein Wochenende in Brno zu verbringen. Ich empfehle sehr Restaurant. Die Gerichte sind schmackhaft und die Preise sind niedrig. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Es gibt Wasser, Kettle, Kaffee und Tee. Was mehr kann man das Spa-Zentrum und ein Fitnesscenter nutzen. Auf dem Dach ist ein Jacuzzi und Sie können wunderbaren Blick bewundern. Frühstück war wirklich schön !

Schöne Lage mit einem nahe gelegenen Zug, die Sie in 10 Minuten in die alte Stadt erreichen. Schüler Schloss Špilberk kann vom Balkon gesehen werden. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße. Gute Abendessenmenü im Restaurant.

Sind die Tschechen mit den Japanern vertraut?... einige Mitarbeiter der Rezeption haben mich mit einem Wort in japanischer Sprache geholfen und betreut. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber, der Preis ist vernünftig, es gibt einen Schlauch. Ich dachte, das Frühstück war normal, aber die warme Tee ist sehr lecker und es ist so lecker, dass ich ein großes Gericht hätte, nicht ein kleiner Ball. Leider ist es etwas weit von der Station entfernt. Der Zug Nr. 1 ist sehr kurz, aber es kann sich von der Zeit und von der Größe unterscheiden.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

Schönes Hotel mit wirklich tollem Frühstück (vieles Essen und verschiedene Arten von Essen, Getränke, Kuchen), Zimmer sieht schön aus, aber everage, nichts Besonderes, aber es ist nur meine Meinung. Wir hatten einen Klimaanlagenraum, aber es funktionierte nicht und niemand hat uns beim Check-in automatisch gesagt, dass der Klimaanlage zusätzlich kosten. Wir hatten es also, aber wir dachten, es ist kaputt und für eine Nacht waren wir lazy in der Nacht, um es zu berichten. Aber trotzdem war der Raum mit Klimaanlage aus/aus. Das Zimmer ist teuer und die Leute müssen mehr für die Aktivierung etwas bezahlen, was im Zimmer ist, ein wenig lustig wie ein schlechter Witz. Für mich Zimmerpreis und Qualität 3,5 und Frühstück 5. Es ist nah an Tramstop(Salina) so direkt zum Stadtzentrum ist gut. Big Plus ist kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.
