"I recently stayed at the EFI Spa Hotel in Brno, and it was a truly great experience from start to finish. The room was impressively large—around 50 m²—which made it feel more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendliness really made a difference and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. The quality, presentation, and taste were all top-notch, making it a place I would gladly return to even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend EFI Spa Hotel to anyone visiting Brno. Great rooms, lovely staff, and outstanding food—it ticks all the boxes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Aber Sie können 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum erreichen. Von mehreren Streckenbahnhöfen können Sie etwa 1 Minute zu Fuß gehen. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber es gibt kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist im fünften Stock? Im Treffenplatz (Japan ist im sechsten Stock). Der Inhalt dieser Reise ist nicht gut, aber ich denke, der Inhalt ist zufriedenstellend genug. Es ist ein hoher Ort, so dass die Landschaft sehr gut ist. Sie können auch das Schloss Spirberg sehen."

"Reception and cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever practical issues we had. Had the penthouse and all was great. Bit overpriced parking and breakfast is really sub par compared to this supposedly being a 4 star hotel. We are not being particular picky, but the selection and quality was that of a 2 star. 1 elevator makes waiting sometimes long."

"Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!"

"Das Hotel ist schön und das Frühstück ist über dem Durchschnitt. Die Parkplätze sind gut und der Spa ist in Ordnung. Leider hatte ich eine schwere Diarrhö. Obwohl jedes Zimmer eine flasche Wasser hat, war das Hotel nicht in der Lage oder unwillkürlich, mir eine zweite Flasche zu liefern ( weil wir es anbieten , zu zahlen ) nach 10 Uhr. Ich verstehe immer noch nicht, was das Problem ist, eine einfache Flasche für einen kranken Gast zu liefern."
