Das Hotel liegt im zentralen Geschäftsviertel, direkt im Stadtzentrum, ganz in der Nähe des Rathauses, des Brisbane Botanic Gardens und der Fußgängerzone. Auf der anderen Seite des Flusses befindet sich der berühmte South Bank Park, das Riesenrad, Museen, Kunstgalerien usw. Es gibt Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Gut.

Ich wohne derzeit an der Sunshine Coast und fahre einmal in der Woche nach Brisbane, um 3 Tage in unserem Milton Büro zu arbeiten und hier bleiben, wenn ich wegen der Lage kann. Es ist ein toller Ort, um zu bleiben, da es vernünftig gepreist ist (ca. $100 pro Nacht), hat unterdrückte Parkplätze, und ist 5 Minuten zu arbeiten und verschiedene Restaurants und Essen auf Park Road. Es gibt ein anständiges chinesisches Restaurant (China Sea) an das Hotel, das ich in wenigen Zeiten gegessen habe, und ein ausgezeichneter Thai-Massageplatz (Royal Paradise Thai Spa) auf Park Road, zu dem ich entdeckt und jetzt gehen. Es ist eine $15 Uber Fahrt nach QPAC (Ich ging & sah eine Queensland Theatre Produktion auf meinem letzten Besuch) und ich gehe bis zum Palast Barracks und hole ein Film manchmal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel und haben alles, was Sie für einen 3-Nacht-Übernachtung brauchen. Einige der Zimmer haben grundlegende Smart-TVs, so können Sie Netflix beobachten. Wifi ist kostenlos, aber sehr getroffen & miss (oft langsam oder nicht arbeiten) so ich oft nur Telstra Daten verwenden. Ich habe noch nie jemanden auf der Rezeption gesehen, weil ich am Sonntag spät komme und die Rezeption öffnet nachdem ich für Arbeit verlassen habe, aber die Telefonkontrolle im Prozess, wo Sie Zugang zu Schlüssel aus einem sicheren funktioniert perfekt. Insgesamt empfehle ich Central Cosmo & ich werde sehr bald zurück sein (morgen in der Tat!).

Bequeme Lage in Brisbane Stadt. Die Rezeption hat einen tollen Service, war freundlich und willkommen. Wir hatten ein warmes Willkommen und eine schnelle, einfache und schnurlose Kontrolle im Prozess. Danke Vania! (Hoffentlich habe ich ihren Namen richtig) Erstaunliche Aussicht vom Sky Lounge auf der 36. Etage. Allerdings war die Wohnung etwas schmutzig. Wir setzen das Zeichen auf, um unser Zimmer zu machen, aber es wurde überhaupt nicht gemacht, auch wenn die Hausbetreiber das Zimmer neben uns reinigen, als wir verließen. Wir verließen das Hotel morgens, um auszugehen, und als wir abends zurückkehrten, war das ”Zimmer machen” Zeichen noch auf unserer Tür und das Zimmer war genau wie wir es verließen, als wir aus gingen. Zimmer war nicht gebaut, Toiletten waren nicht ausgefüllt.

Recommend if you are looking for a clean and quality place to stay and are a budget traveller. This yha has a very high standard compared to others. It is more like a youth hotel with bunk beds rather than a backpackers place. You also meet travellers of all ages, families and youth groups around the place. The rooms are super tidy and serviced daily, spacious luggage lockers that fit a large suitcase (fantastic!) and are light filled with aircon or windows to be opened. The kitchen is very big, nice rooftop terrace with city views and pool area. Tv lounge and soon it’s own co working hub which I think is a great addition to the concept. Free luggage storage for guests and friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at the Soho Hotel Brisbane from January 3rd to January 4th, 2024, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process went smoothly; the staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities. Overall, it was a delightful stay at the Soho Hotel Brisbane.

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.

Easy to nice location, polite people, easy to get help

Very comfortable apartment. Not super luxurious but clean and functional. Has everything you need including full kitchen and laundry. Shower is great, plenty of hot water and good flow. Bed was comfortable, although personally the pillow was too flat, but that's just preference and others may love it. Very convenient to Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley stations as well as the RBWH. Shops, cafes, restaurants are all within walking distance. Staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a reasonably priced functional apartment my wife and I recommend here.

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer mit guter Größe Bad. Kurz zu lokalen Tevern und Abnahmegerichte. Keine Toaster in den Zimmern geliefert, sondern Frühstücksschrank und Werkzeuge geliefert.Viel Parkplätze. WLAN-Internet gratis gut angenehm und hilfsbereit Personal.

I had the BEST stay here! Over the last few weeks I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast before getting to Brisbane. My 2 night stay at The Brook was the best so far! The room was so nice & clean, the staff were warm, friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant was delish & the little extra’s were such a nice touch & so appreciated. There was a complimentary drink offered for the restaurant, a 10% discount on food, nice bottle of red wine in the room, and in the bathroom there was double the toiletries (which was so good because you know 1 of those tiny bottles of shower gel is never enough). They even gave me a late check out at no extra charge. Gemma & Emma in the restaurant/bar were so helpful, kind & down to earth. And the tree! The tree covered in fairy lights was the highlight. Overall, I can not fault it!! It was amazing & I would definitely stay again!
