Everything perfection is a good...the security, parking, the beds, the living rooms, toilet all is good condition...good for company trips or groups or with family..tq for the owner

The place is spacious but the sound prove was a bit bad. In the room we can hear sounds from outside walking around and driving sounds on the road, but the service was quite good as we ask them on some help they came in 30mintues to help us settle it

We booked a studio apartment but were allocated a 3-room apartment instead. We only used the master bedroom. Towels provided at the check-in counter were very thin and still damp. We had to carry them to the 3rd floor apartment and had to return the used towels at the counter when we checked out. Slippers provided in the bathroom were dirty and the straps were broken. The soap dispenser was empty. The shower head and bidet were broken. The apartment was not well maintained and cleaned.

The place is scary on the weekdays stay. It also far from the attractions place. They got the kitchenette but cannot be used for customers. The water heater are not functioning and you gonna take a bath like a ice bath. Old furniture and some of them are broken. It's smelly and not clean at all such a horrible place to stay. The lif is dark and no lights something it's blinking.

The honestay was good. It was clean. The location is not very suitable and if you are booking seeing the PASAR MALAM (NIGHT MARKET) pictures then you must know the day of pasar malam. It is also a bit difficult to find the reception. It would be helpful for customers to find If there was a proper guidline given to the customer right after the booking confirmation.

First and last dh pergi kat sini. Memang la murah sikit pada yg lain tapi service kat situ out terus. Dengan cadar bantal selimut xbersih towel lagi laa bagi la elok sikit jaga kebersihan sikit. Paling menyakitkan hati iron pun xde kena pickup kat bawah dekat lobby oyo pun dia ada iron weh 😤😤 dengan takde ape ape memang kosong. Memang ak xrepeat dh kat sini yg penting 3 4 pagi korang boleh dengar macam macam 👻👻 terima kasih.
