Man kann direkt vor dem Haus im Innenhof parkieren und wird herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr gemütlich, bis ins Detail sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Am Morgen kommt ein liebevoll gestaltetes köstliches Frühstück.

Amazing beautiful part of the UK in the doomsday book, as many have said Sam is a beautiful host and anything you want is never to much trouble The parking and accommodation is on point, entering is like a page of Laura Ashley I ended up having a bath whilst floating about in the depth of it Breakfast was amazing fruit berries and eggs done perfectly They also had Bamboo chopsticks for the Chinese takeaway I ordered, I mean who has that! 5* and I stay in many places all week this was a treat

Our room was super cute, cozy, quiet, and had a lovely view of the garden patio and sheep field. The host was incredibly friendly and wonderful to talk to. Her and her family made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the both of us loved the freshly baked cookies that were left for us!♡ My boyfriend and I are definitely going to stay here again on our next visit!♡♡♡

What an amazing place, Sam has been the perfect host from start to finish. Me and the wife came for my birthday and it was perfect. The room was big with a great bed which we had the best nights sleep in a long time and the bathroom with the traditional roll top bath was ideal for relaxing. Sam helped us choose a nice meal out and the breakfast she cooked was to die for. We will definitely come here again if we are in the area and would recommend to everyone we know. Thanks again Sam!

Amazing B&B which had everything you could ask for. The room and bathroom were beautifully presented, with views over fields. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Sam, our host made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was delicious. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to Swallows Retreat.. Many thanks for a first class stay.

Beautiful hotel and peaceful surroundings . The rooms are lovely and spacious - always cleaned immaculately. Breakfast was also very delicious. I have stayed here a few times now and we are always made to feel very welcome. Each time we visit we would always give our stay 10/10 ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I have stayed at Swallows Rest twice. Both times have been very comfortable and relaxing. Sam is a wonderful host and very attentive towards her guests. Brigstock is a beautiful village and a delight to walk around. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent attention to detail, everything set up beyond expectations. Breakfast all fresh produce which was lovely. Heated bathroom floor a bonus! Gluten free home made cookie on arrival was a lovely touch. Felt very well looked after. Great hosting, Sam!

Wonderful home from home, very comfortable bed and good sized rooms with modern bathroom. A great host completes the perfect stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting in this part of England. No hesitation returning and have already booked my next stay.
