This was both unexpected and frustrating, as I had already settled the payment in full prior to arrival. The situation wasn’t handled professionally, which put a damper on an otherwise good experience. In summary, while the hotel itself is great, the poor customer service and billing issues make me hesitant to recommend it without caution. Hopefully, management can address these concerns to improve the guest experience in the future.
