This was the perfect choice for a relaxing stay in a peaceful location. Fish and chips were delicious and Eggs royale for breakfast was fabulous. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and service spot on. The hotel is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to an unspoilt beach and walks along the south west coastal path are easily accessible. I will be booking again!

15 of us just had the most brilliant three days at Eype's Mouth for our Team Away Days. Swimming in the sea. Having a wonderful Barbeque, organised by Syed and his team. Really tasty lunches. And a delicious sit-down dinner. But the real highlight? The warm welcome and personal attention of Syed and all his team. You can really tell this is a small, personal hotel. Not a chain. Your happiness really matters to them. I loved it. We will be back.

This is an amazing hotel with a very good chef! The views were amazing and if you are looking for a great place, isolated and quiet but with amazing walks nearby then this place is perfect. We had the junior suite with hot tub and it was just what we needed for the night.

A lovely country hotel in a quiet valley only minutes away from the bustle and noise of West Bay. Fantastic views. Rooms were very comfortable. Meals were great. All staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. Will visit again.

We had a lovely double room with a sea view (even though there was a mist for 2 mornings!) Meals were good and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay here, a stop off on our travels to Devon. We were warmly welcomed by Syed the manager and quickly settled on the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine, the view is a 10/10. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a very generous welcome pack! We had dinner and it was delicious home cooked food, one of the best curries I have ever eaten! We will definitely be returning and look forward to see how the hotel evolves as the owners have only been there for 2 years. The hotel has character and charm and stunning views, would definitely recommend.

Great coastal hotel, we had a lovely evening meal and cooked breakfast. Heating not working in our bedroom , which led to very little sleep. It might be worth checking the room as the seasons change. No phone in room and no reception maned overnight.

A lovely few days away in a comfortable hotel. Although down a single track road, it is in a wonderful spot and only 5 mins walk from the beach and SW coastal path. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the food well cooked and tasty. Although an old hotel it is in the process of being refurbished and I really hope it succeeds.

Lovely little hotel in a lovely location with plenty of parking spaces. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed dinner in the restaurant where the food is excellent, breakfast was equally as good. The staff are superb, particularly the very caring and efficient Morgan.
