In general, the hotel is a very comfortable place. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. The restaurant for the breakfast are also really good. And it is located in a very convenient location, you can very easy to take bus to Richmond or ealing board way to go to central london or the airport. My mum visit me in London. I booked a 2 bed’s room, but basically the room is only for her to stay. She lived there for 10 nights. The hotel guaranteed that they will do housekeeping every 7 days. For the last night I choose to stay with her. However, I accidentally found the bed is full of hairs. Some hairs are short, and some are long. Which should not belongs to my mum. It means the housekeepers have not change the bed sheet and those hairs are not belongs to my mum, because she stay in only 1 bed. But that bed with hairs is the other one. Clean and tidy for a bed is the basic requirement for an accommodation. That’s really disgusting and unacceptable for an apartment hotel. All in all, I would recommend other travelers to stay but the hotel should train staff to do the room cleaning well.

Tolles Hotel, in toller Lage. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Hotel und ist für eine Fahrt aus dem Zentrum Londons leicht erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß und ordentlich, mit einer schönen Ergänzung des Badezimmers mit einer Wand, die transparent gemacht werden kann. Allerdings war die Badewanne rutschig, was zum Duschen nicht ideal war. Frühstück und Service waren ok, und der Pool mit Sauna war ordentlich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, dass das WIFI nicht während meines gesamten Aufenthalts funktionierte, ich sagte ihnen, dass sie mein Zimmer bewegten, aber auch das Zimmer, das sie mich bewegten, hatte auch kein WLAN. Als professionelle Internetanschluss für den Händler ist besonders dann erforderlich, wenn sie vor dem Buchen des Zimmers erklärt haben, dass sie funktionieren WiFi.

Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen habe ich mich entschieden, an diesem Ort zu bleiben. Die Lage ist ein 20-minute Fuß vom U-Bahnhof, das nicht zu schlecht ist. Das Hotel ist auch nicht weit vom Flughafen und die U-Bahn-Linie ist ziemlich bequem. Ich musste jedoch 20 Minuten warten, wenn ich ankam und Parkplatz erhob eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Der Preis war auch nicht besonders günstig. Es gab nicht viele Einrichtungen in der Nähe. Dieser Ort könnte für Geschäftsreisen geeignet sein, aber im Allgemeinen ist es nur ein durchschnittliches Kette Hotel.
