"Terrible service! We extended our stay another day and asked for room service. We wanted to explore the city and hoped to come back to a clean room and new towels. However, the housekeeper gave us a bad attitude and said we’d have to wait til checkout for her to come and clean the room! We said that wouldn’t work because we’re leaving the next day, and so she threw us some fresh linens and told us to do it ourselves! We came back around 9pm and found the room how we left it. I went to the front desk and told them what happened and asked for new towels. The guy wasn’t helpful at all, only said that he sent a text to the staff group chat to come to our room the next morning to give us new towels, and said he couldn’t do anything about it anymore. Next day we waited and waited for the housekeeper and no one showed up. I’m incredibly disappointed with the staff and the service here. We will not be going back."
