2bdrm 2bath | Free Wifi | Mountain View | Ski Slope View |Walk to Main St | Health Club NOTE: Brand new Health Club (pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, community area, and restrooms) is open! We invite you to enjoy this ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat. Check out pictures for the gorgeous view of Maggie Pond, Blue River, and the ski slopes. If you open the window, you can hear the soothing sound of a stream running through the Blue River. We have been coming to Colorado to ski for 20+ years. We always wanted to have a place we could call home whenever we are here. Tom really wanted the convenience of a ski-in and ski-out place, especially when our children were small. I always wanted a place in town with access to all the fabulous restaurants and shops. We just couldn’t agree on a place until we found this one! It is ski-in/ski-out at the base of Peak 9 and only steps away from the QuickSilver lift. Better yet, a kids’ ski school is in the building. If your little ones are enrolled in ski school, you don’t even have to leave the building! The condo is less than a block from Breckenridge’s historic main street where you can find numerous restaurants and shops. We immediately felt in love with this place and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do! Brand new Blue River Ballroom and Conference Center is just steps away and hosts events like conferences and weddings. If you come to Breck to attend a conference or a wedding, this is the perfect place! Breckenridge: It certainly isn’t a shortage of year-round fun. It has world class skiing and snow- boarding, many hiking and biking trails, and free bus services for the entire summit county. It’s historic downtown has many unique local restaurants and charming boutiques. The Riverwalk Center just off the main street showcases concerts and performances year-round. The property: 1000 Sq Ft. Completely renovated Interior. Master Bedroom: King Bed with in suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, Queen sleeper sofa, & Full Murphy Bed. Flat screen TV in every room. Cable and a DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliance. Large private balconies, bistro table, and chair. Resort amenities: Washer/dryer and trash room on every floor. Brand new Health Club with fitness equipment, indoor / outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tubs. Outdoor plaza with fire pit. Parking: Heated underground parking. There is a separate nightly parking fee which is collected by the local management company at the time of check in. Parking fee varies by season. Currently the parking fee is $30/night from May-Oct and $55/night from Nov-Apr. The fee is subject to change without notice. The onsite parking is limited. If you choose to bring a car and would like to park in the onsite garage, please let us know as soon as possible. We can reserve one for you in advance. We recommend that you let us know at the time of booking. This would give you the best chance to secure a parking spot. During peak times, such as holidays and ski season, parking spots are filled quickly. If the onsite parking is full, our front desk can provide you with alternative offsite parking recommendation. You don't really need a car once you arrived in the condo. Amenities, such as ski rental, bike rental, shopping, grocery, restaurants, are all within walking distance. If you come with more than one car, you can check the website BreckPark for up to date parking options and rates. Rules: • No Smoking: this is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. This includes any cigarette, vaper, and marijuana products. • No pet: also strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. My husband and I are also severely allergic to both dogs and cats. We kindly ask you to please not bring pets into the condo. • Must be at least 25 years old to book. This condo can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. We feel that it is most comfortable for 4-5 people. If you have more individuals in your party, please check out our much larger 3 bedroom condo in the same complex (VRBO.com/2274308). Rate are subject to change until reservation is confirmed • Total sales and lodging tax is 12.275%. • We accept major credit cards via online secure payment services provide by HomeAway/VRBO.
