Sunny, comfortable, attractively decorated, clean and convenient. Recent renovation to the exterior of the complex and a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms with high-end finishes and appliances complete the package. Our spacious condo provides two bedrooms plus a loft accessed via a spiral staircase within the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include: - queen bed in each bedroom - double bed in the loft - double-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room - one single-size roll-away cot - one portable crib to provide comfortable and flexible sleeping for up to 8 people. Two decks for year-round enjoyment. During the ski and summer seasons (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend), there are 4 hot tubs (2 indoor and 2 outdoor) and a full sized heated pool to look forward to after a day of enjoying all the area has to offer. All this and the best location in Breck! It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift (350 yds), Main Street (1/4 mile) with an abundance of restaurants and boutique shops. Hiking and biking trails start right outside your door. Parking, on-site laundry facilities, Hi-speed internet, and ski locker storage is all provided at no additional charge. Our place is not an 'institutional' feeling rental condo. We have made it warm and welcoming without being busy or cluttered. It is our second home and we maintain it for our own enjoyment as well as yours. Loved the property. The location cannot be beat- so close to town. You can walk to Main Street. We are a family of four (2 kids- 11/7) and this was perfect. They had everything we needed to cook meals. They had a ton of games to play, DVDs, and even a PlayStation. Loved our stay and will be back.

Great location Best part about this property is the 4 min walk to the lift and proximity to town. Condo was nicely appointed and had everything needed for the stay. Would stay there again!

Great stay We had a guys trip and the location was perfect. Walk to lifts. The unit had everything we needed for a few meals in plus easy walk to town for nights out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location but The location of the property to slopes and downtown were amazing! It was clean and convenient. Amy was a very responsive host! The hot tubs were across the parking and nice. Ski locker was great! Free laundry but outside the unit. Always available when we used it which was great!We do a lot of cooking and felt the pans and knives could be improved.

Great location Property was as described and had all the amenities listed. Close to Main Street and the slopes. Had plenty of room for the 7 people in our party. Had plenty of plates, cups, and other kitchen supplies ( only low on forks). We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great Ski Trip The property was as advertised. Walking distance to the ski lifts and downtown. Parking is a little tricky when unit is full. Cookware could be better. Overall a great condo and great location.

Group holiday The accomodation was lovely and homely. The facilities were great right down to the well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal for the slopes, but also for walking into town. It felt like home from home.
