I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is a brand-new hotel, and everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality! 😊

Our stay at Marmaris Saray was more than we expected. We were greeted by a fine gentleman who spoke excellent English. Even though our booking was last minute it was a great decision. The location was perfect- walkable to the centre but also only 10ish minutes from the nearest metro station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and shops to buy everything you need. The free breakfast was abundant with a lot of sweet and savoury options. Also there is an espresso machine and loose green tea to use. The room was clean and had all of the needed necessities.

Das Beste an diesem Hotel sind das Bett (Kissen, Decke und Bettwäsche – eine glatte 10 von 10) und das hervorragende Frühstück mit einer guten Auswahl und großen, bequemen Tischen. Besonders gut gefiel mir auch das ständig verfügbare Obst in der Lobby; perfekt für einen späten Snack für meine Tochter und mich. Alle an der Rezeption waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zwar nicht ganz zentral, aber Taxis sind in Usbekistan so günstig, dass das kein Problem darstellt.

Ich blieb vier Tage in Hilton Tashkent City, und die Erfahrung war tief enttäuschend, vor allem aufgrund der schlechten Hauspflege, der unverschämten Mitarbeiter und der allgemeinen Mangel an Respekt gegenüber den Gästen. Nach dem Einchecken entdeckte ich, dass die Shampoo Flasche leer war und die Gewebebox leer war. Ich hinterließ sofort eine schriftliche Notiz für die Hausaufsicht, die um die Ausstattung und die Reinigung des Zimmers bittet. Als ich später zurückkam, war das Zimmer jedoch überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden, und keine der beantragten Gegenstände wurden wieder gefüllt. Als ich wieder mit dem Personal um Shampoo, Gewebe und Flaschen Wasser gebeten habe, wurden sie von einem nach dem anderen geliefert, als ob jedes Objekt eine separate Erinnerung benötigt. Dies hat einen starken Eindruck erweckt, dass der Komfort der Gäste keine Priorität hat und dass Anfragen sorgfältig und leicht vergessen werden. Die Einstellung des Empfangspersonals war unfreundlich und unweltfreundlich. Manchmal fühlte es sich als ob die Gäste nicht mehr das Ziel des Hotels waren, sondern eine Belastung. Als ich Beschwerden einhob, war die Antwort langsam und abschiedsvoll, so dass ich mich für besser fühle, überhaupt nicht zu beschweren, weil niemand wirklich um sie kümmerte. Trotz der Ausgaben von über 1.000 Dollar für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt war die Checkout-Erfahrung besonders unbehaglich. Am Tag der Abreise waren meine Frau und ich wiederholt gedrängt, frühzeitig zu Checkout. Selbst nachdem die Bestätigung auf der Buchungswebsite gezeigt wurde, dass der checkout vor 13:00 Uhr war, setzte das Personal weiter vor, dass „vor“ sofort gehen wollte. Sie schlug einmal auf die Tür und rief das Zimmer zweimal aus, um einen checkout zu fordern. Ich habe endlich um 12:50 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen, aber der Druck und der Ton waren völlig unannehmbar. Das Hotel erfüllt die von der Hilton-Marke erwarteten Servicestandards ernsthaft nicht. Mangel an Pflege, schlechte Kommunikation und Ablehnung gegenüber den Gästen machten den Aufenthalt stressig und nicht bequem. Ich empfehle dieses Gebäude nicht, es sei denn, die Personalausbildung und die Gastservicekultur sind erheblich verbessert.

酒店不在塔什干市中心，不過距離機場和高鐵站都不遠，車程10分鐘左右。周邊是居民區，晚上比較安靜。 房間不大，但整潔乾淨，浴室熱水充足，提供一次性用品。整體性價比還可以。

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. Ich kam spät abends am Flughafen Taschkent an und hatte am frühen Morgen einen Termin am Bahnhof Taschkent. Deshalb wählte ich dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner günstigen Lage. Sowohl der Flughafen als auch das Hotel waren nur etwa 5–10 Taximinuten entfernt, was die Lage sehr gut machte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer entsprach den japanischen Hotelstandards. Die Rezeption war schlicht, aber die Mitarbeiter sprachen Englisch und waren freundlich. Da das Hotel etwas abgelegen liegt, gab es spät abends keine Restaurants oder andere Lokale in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt war jedoch in der Nähe. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nach einem späten Flug war es ein absolut komfortables Hotel.

Die Lage war sehr gut im Zentrum von Tashkent Mirabad. Es ist das Beste, um Frühstück zu einem erschwinglichen Preis zu bieten. Die Einrichtungen waren alt, aber sauber. Die Gepäcklagerung war auch sicher und gut gemacht.
