GGastnutzerIch kann nicht genug gute Dinge sagen, um dieses Hotel zu zerstören. Meine Frau und ich blieben eine Nacht auf unserem Weg nach Portland in Janusry. Unser Zimmer war spotless und die Königsmatrix, TV und Badezimmer waren erstklassig. Das kostenlose Frühstück war viel schöner als erwartet und der Fitness war ein Bonus. Wir blieben in der Erholung unsere Rückkehr aus Portland und das Hotel war außergewöhnlich in Ausführung. .... Hoch empfohlen !

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, nach westlicher Art, Rührei, Pastetchen, dicke Cerealien, gebackene Kartoffelstücke, Saft, Brot, Spiegeleier, kann an einer Stelle selbst bedient werden. Es ist ein Stil amerikanischer Familien, die Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht, aber es ist kein Stil mit einheimischen Hotels. Die Lage ist OK, grundsätzlich in der Uni. Mir reicht es, kein Urlaub.

GGastnutzerI was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel is. Even while they're undergoing renovations, everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. My bed was heavenly. The pillows.... ahhhhhhhh. Nice arrangement, comfortable, and very clean. Nice soap, shampoo etc. The picture is a chaise that was surprisingly comfortable! I'd return over and over.

GGuest UserDer Duschgriff fehlte und da es Samstag war, war niemand vom Hausmeisterdienst erreichbar, um ihn zu reparieren. Auch war kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Ich hätte gerne eine Art Entschädigung vom Hotel oder Trip.com bekommen, konnte Trip.com aber erst später in der Woche anrufen und niemand konnte/will etwas für mich tun.

It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming.
Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip.
My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night.
One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts.
Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed.
The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip.
Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

GGastnutzerWe stayed here for a 3-day hockey tournament. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and convenient to have a microwave and fridge. There are plenty of eateries and nearby supermarkets if needed. Unfortunately, our tournament games ended up being 40-45min from the hotel, so that was too much driving in one weekend, but that’s not the hotel’s problem. It was a very pleasant stay.
